Rose saw Anne Frank play performed at my son's school some years ago - powerful. So happy you have had these wonderful results from the drugs. Rock on Rosie! XXXX

Why does a cat like to do such thing?

rose. Thinking of you -
And I'm thinking of both of you! Have a wonderful Sunday! xoxo

Rosevalley, I am borrowing from last May to participate in the spring celebration party here (now the temperature at night is still around or slightly above 30 degree, nothing is blooming yet). Happy Spring!
-
Rosevalley- good to hear the play was good and Anne Frank story is a powerful one we all can embrace. Hope you are continuing to feel better every day.
Some photos of the spring blooms around the city this weekend.

Popping in to see how you all are! Love the pictures! Nice to see you Patty; hope you are feeling better. How did you manage to strike a line through your text? We are drowning here in the Pacific Northwest.. crazy rain today. Then they expect the winds to pick up to perhaps 60 mph... worried about the trees. Our soil is so waterlogged. Anyway..can't go outside even to walk the dog.. you could drown! Staying in the house.. books..music and the internet. Sigh..next week it's supposed to dry out. All my daffodils and tulips look beat up! I am otherwise doing pretty well, regaining energy slowly- lost to 3 months of misery nausea and vomiting. It's a slow resurrection as Patty knows. Very thankful for this faslodex reprieve. Everyone stay dry!

We all have a smile on our face for you

In the big cottonwood out back just about 30 minutes ago. Beautiful red tailed hawk!

Thinking about you and hope that you continue to make progress. The end of March is quickly approaching and I am grateful that you will sooncelebrate your Anniversary and DS3's birthday. Praise God!

Dear Rosevalley,
I carried you and all our bco friends in my heart during my recent journey to Commonweal near Point Reyes National Seashore. This is dawn from the bluff.
And new needle growth with new cones and old on a wind-stunted pine.
At our feet are the iris in their three-fold beauty - again old growth and new reminding me of the cycles of renewal.
Commonweal's Cancer Help Program http://www.commonweal.org/program/CCHP/ has been at the foundation of my cancer approach since I first attended a retreat in 1992...I came with advanced breast cancer wondering how long I'd live. It's been an unfolding adventure of wonder and awe ever since.
Sometimes awesome, sometimes awful, but not to be missed.
Rosevalley, so grateful for you and your life, your liveliness, a wonder not to be missed!
Much loving kindness and compassion, Stephanie

Stephanie- Point Reyes is so beautiful. When we were first married we shared a wonderful afternoon hiking near there, in a place called Abbots Cove. I remember the wildflowers being thigh high and the grasses waving.. the sound of the ocean and the breezes. It's a magical place for the senses. We hiked and enjoyed the scenery and each others presence. It's days like that fill the heart. Images we can reflect on years later. Your cancer group sounds wonderful and probably how you have managed to live 25 years with breast cancer- a noble feat in and of itself. Thank you for sharing these photos.
Feeling feline- The little squirrel at the feeder reminds me of ours! We have one little stinker who climbs the bird feeder and hangs onto the suet block munching away - mmm seeds and fat a delightful snack! I love watching them. I also love to watch our gold fish in our little pond laying in the sunshine, soaking up the suns rays and warming themselves. We have huge robins that take massive baths in our bird bath... splashing away knocking water off everywhere. They are amusing to watch. I enjoy them. It's the simple things in life that provide such pleasure.
Today I am grateful for the sunshine and warmth; it isn't raining yay! My health continues to be stable and the flowers are blooming! Spring is a fantastic time to be alive. Be well and pain free. Lovingkindness to you all. rosevalley
