There is a new installment of Dear Kitten out called "the beginning "... Its on Buzzfeed and fb.. if you are unfamiliar with the series.. they are an older cat explaining life to the new kitten. Friskies makes them and they are wonderfully funny
-
Terre, that first one is so adorable I just want to bite his tummy! They're all cute, but that one just breaks my heart. Hope you're well (too busy, I know) Cheers, Dee

Caught my foster cat taking a nip out of my African violet yesterday. He didn't eat it. When Mocca revealed her taste for plants she had eaten half an African violet before I picked it up to water it. That was the end of houseplants. So many are poisonous to cats. Of course, she also chewed up a mother-in-law's tongue that was supposedly bad for her. So perhaps the lists err on the side of caution.

I love the Dear Kitten video series. The massage one makes me cry, it's so funny. Pleasure...then pain. They're all wonderful!
I'm doing well..working and doing kitten rescue.
Speaking of kitten rescue and plants, a lovely young couple gave me some flowers as a thank you for getting their cat desexed. And Tom Kitten methodically picked each petal off the daisys, one at a time...pluck, drop on floor, stare at petal on floor, repeat (endlessly).
Hope everyone here is well.

I have 2 ragdoll siblings, Sammy and Skye. 3 1/2 monthes here. Robin
-
Adorable!!
-
Beautiful cats. They look a lot like my DD1's Himalayan.
-
Love Love Love! I had a ragdoll soul mate kitty, Gracie, who looked like your Skye.
-
Our 3 yo boy Bruno, a very snuggly Maine Coon rescue
-
Bruno and our other baby boy a 3 yo Blue tabby point siamese named Romeo
-
Robyn - love the pictures of your cats. Beautiful.
-
Who is the siamese?
-
My Romeo with his very best in show pose- he won two of three rings at the National cat (Australia) show his first show as a kitten - till he took a dislike to and growled at one judge and missed out on the supreme title. I didn't like her either lol
-
Hah who needs a supreme title!
-
Bruno is absolutely adorable.
Romeo looks a little like the Siamese in the video "Mystic Cat" of the famous "Talking Animals" Youtube channel.
If you don't know that channel, here's a sample for your delight (it's not just cats, but all sorts of animals, and check the Christmas carols"
-
Seachain that was fantastic - my whole family just enjoyed it, thanks.
-
I loved the kittens, and the rag dolls, and the maine coon.
On a sadder note: in the UK, a friendly cat who used to spend part of her day at a bus stop, getting petted by passengers, and becoming a bit of a local celebrity, was kicked so badly that she had to be put to death. The police are appealing for witnesses...

-
Oh that is sooo sad. I hope the person is caught.
-
Bruno and Romeo are stunning!
-
That is heartbreaking about the bus stop cat. What a sweet trusting pet she was. Hope she is in paradise and that her owners get a lot of comfort from all the outrage over her untimely death.
-
-
Hahaha..stealing that for Facebook!
-
So true.

And this was too cute not to share...

LOL, I just bought this in the form of a card yesterday!
-
This is one of the neighborhood ferals. We call him Big Boy and he is big and beautiful. He is solidly built and is polydactyl. I would say his paws are over an inch wide. One of the neighbors does TNR and so far he has avoided her trap.
