Lily,
Really sad to hear about your friend and read your report about these lumps you have with my heart in my mouth. Soooo relieved that they are not further cancer and you are ok - or as well as can be.
Holding you in my heart - always.

Lily- I missed your post about getting the lumps checked and that they were cysts, and went back to re-read that post. I remember you had that terrible infection awhile back and wonder if that has not contributed to the inflammation. I am glad there were no findings of concern.
So very sorry about the loss of your friend. Hugs sister.

*Good Afternoon Hermits*
Lily, sorry about the loss of a friend, but good news about the test results! *Hugs*
Donna, sorry about the loss in the family, but feel better for the grandkids! *Hugs*
I think Sean Penn should've stayed out of Mexico.

Teka- I have a friend here who named her dog, El Chapo. LOL!
-
Tomorrow, Sunday 17th, I'm looking forward to watching Sean Penn being interviewed by Charlie Rose on *60 Minutes*.
Funny that Sean Penn asked Charlie Rose for the interview!
-
Teka- that will be interesting! I am going to miss 60 minutes tonight, as I do a Sunday evening meditation and yoga class these days but hope to find it on line later. Penn seems like he may be trying to clear himself of any wrong doing?
I love Charlie Rose. I watch his show on PBS regularly.
-
Tomorrow, Monday 18th, the Charlie Rose show on PBS is also going to air the Sean Penn interview!
-
Teka- working tomorrow during the day so will miss it but maybe it will run at night too, sometimes it does! Thank you for sharing this!
-
The following was a joke made by Ricky Gervais at the Golden Globe awards 2016.
;o))
On the audience and Sean Penn: 'Shut up you disgusting, pill-popping sexual deviant scum. I want to do this monologue and go into hiding. Not even Sean Penn will stop me. Snitch!'
-
I heard that. He is one funny guy! I thought the GG's were a bit dry and would have been a tank without his humor.
Bill Maher had a good one on his HBO show the other night. He is wanting folks to sign a petition for him to get an interview with Obama. He said "even Sean Penn can get an interview with El Chapo, but I cannot get one with our president despite him being on every other talk show!" His show this past Friday was hilarious.
-
I think President Obama and 1st Lady Michelle like tamer talk shows.
We watch Real Time with Bill Maher, but also watch Last Week Tonight with John Oliver!!
-
Charlie Rose did an excellent Sean Penn interview!!

-
Teka- what a beatiful but cold looking photo!
-
what is ADK?
-
Today is a really bad day, I feel kind of paralysed and unable to face the world, in floods of tears...............I want to do things like walk the dogs instead I am growling at them..............
-
*Adirondacks*
Lily, walking the dogs will get you out and about!!
-
But I didn´t, I feel on the edge, yet again............
-
Hugs for Lily
-
Cozy!!
-
Thank you - really need those - just been accused of all sorts by someone and I have not the slightest clue what I am supposed to have done, and every time I ask I just get another rant.......issuing me ultimatums and threats and orders and just gets angrier every time I ask for clarification so I have said I am not responding to anything anymore tonight as I am too upset.........my heart and head are now pounding and racing, I wonder why I even make any effort sometimes really, especially as I always seem to be the person who gets attacked and I am actually a very straight forward person.........
-
Lily, who is doing this to you? Sounds like a special hell only family can provide. I got that T shirt, too. More hugs!
-
Oh Split Bean, thank you, lovely photo, all my animals are inside as its very windy tonight......and its an animal rescue person doing it..........such a vicious entity at times - there are fallouts everywhere and people creating factions and camps just like its the school playground,,,,,I keep out of it all and just focus on the animals and this is a bolt out of the blue, have been in floods of tears tonight..........is animal rescue like this in the USA?
-
Lily, winter has hit here, too. I love my animals, but those "people" -- aaaargh! Something not right in their head. Here is my darling Hernanda the Ratonera being asked to pose with Houston.
-
Lilly- sometimes people in volunteer situations are not nice people. I had something happen to me this summer with a group I work with on a volunteer basis and was lied to, told not to tell people how "smart I am", etc. He later apologized but I don't trust him now. I am sorry you have not been treated kindly. Just remember, once people show you who they are, believe it.
Splitbean- who is the golden retriever? I am a big fan of the breed!
-
That's my Houston, Hernanda's annoying little brother
-
Lily,
The animal rescue person needs a copy of the following............
-
