Aromasin

I was on arimidex and was taken off for 6 weeks b/c of SE. just started aromasin and wondered what some of you may have experienced. particularly anyone that made the same switch. :)

    My SEs came back exactly the same except that I wasn't as tired on aromasin and I slept better. Now almost 4 years on AIs, my SEs are very mild.

    thanks Doxie!  I know all meds come with some sort of side effect.  I had several with arimidex.  the one that I just couldn't live with was the constipation.  I would do mirilax for 3 and 4 nights WITH stool softeners then still have to follow up with an enema.  it was miserable.  I stopped the med and was regular within a week.  the bone pain and other SE I can live with.  Here hoping that the switch will be a positive one :)

    Now constipation I didn't have, thankfully.
