bio identical hormones for hot flashes

Hello!Does anyone know if over-the-counter natural bio identical estrogen cream is harmful or protective? I am experiencing hot flashes and am considering ordering this from Amazon. I am post menopausal: will the addition of a natural progesterone be protective? Thank you!

Bioidentical or not, you have estrogen positive breast cancer and giving it estrogen is a bad idea.
