Tamoxifen: Gassy, and slight nausea--Stomach? Suggestions?

Just a couple pills so far, but now the symptom, hours after taking it, are slight nausea and then a lot of stomach churning/rumbling (like you're hungry, but you're not), and subsequent burping. Great! Don't like these symptoms. (I'm on Mylan, btw). I definitely know it's nothing I ate, because I'm eating very cautiously now. What do you suggest I take to calm this down? Also, do any stomach medications help when you're on Tamox? Or do stomach maladies continue?
Do these particular symptoms go away, or does this last?

When I first started tamoxifen I had gastro upset as well. I had to take Pepcid to get me through it. It did eventually stop and it only happens occasionally now.
