OMG They Found the Cure for Stupid

Yea Proud........considering how much time we were spending down their it was a lot of money.......
Once my grandchildren started school it got less and less......then with sports it would cut out more time.......I was never one for going alone, and even though I have 6 children only 2 actually continued to go for many years..
Then those 2 were cutting back on their time, and eventually when Stella started having seizures Nikki would not go at all for the past year.........so it was just the one daughter, and then she bought her own place.
I did not do as good with the offer as I would ahve liked to..........poor timing.....no one buys a shore house in December.......these people looked in Sept, but were slow with the decision........I had to decide if I would get a buyer in April or May......and if not it meant more expense, opening up the pool.....no one to go down to take care of it........so I thought..........let ;it go............it's hard but its also "time".....

actually, I do not know anyone who seems happy lately with the process on real estate stuff
but it will work out, lucky it was not a foreclosure thing for you, I know several young folks in deep do do on homes
back was unhappy last weekend and hoping my pool time today plus heating pad time will perk it up
-
Hope your feeling better.....know how those back problems can be......know how they say nothing worse then sore feet.......headache..........that is until your back hurts............backs involve it all.................ugh
-
thanks, back is better today so gonna be nice to it, I over did it at the gym on Fri so ended up paying for it
I keep going back and forth about the shots and plan on having a conversation with my PCD when I see her the end of the month
although, when I talk with folks at my gym, almost everyone has some body part that is a pain! or just plain worn out

Ok - went down to get new health insurance for next year. Insurance right now is so high we can only afford to get one of us insurance... It was suggested to do what "everyone else" is doing - Being we don't get any assistance, just get a divorce. That way we could file taxes separately and then get assistance. Not bloody likely - It is like the government wants us to get rid of the sanctity of marriage to get help.. After being married for 41 years to my DH, there is no way I'm going to divorce him to get health insurance. This was a speak to my hand moment.

That is awful GMA. Just doesn't seem right at all.

I received a reminder from my doctor's office to schedule my yearly mammogram. That made me laugh out loud! I had a mammogram last February...now there's nothing left so what do they plan to "mammogram"?

My father died 16 years ago. I remember about 6 months after he died, his oncologist's office called to schedule an appointment, I can laugh about it now but at the time I was so angry and totally laid into the person calling. You would think the offices would have some short of system to make sure that doesn't happen.

Ugh, my grandmother died earlier this year in a care center. We cleared her room of personal effects, donated some, etc. Then a couple weeks later the care center dinged her bank account for another month of care.

There REALLY is no cure for stupid.

Slow Deep Breaths - Very funny!!

hahahaha GMA!
In my case it is the DOG. I've got a train and village under the tree and it has poles that came with the set. My young dog stole one of the poles and started chewing away. He knew right away he did wrong. He HATES the train. He growls at it when we turn it on. Too funny.

The grandsons received a Ducky Nativity Scene from Santa... Think about that one.. ROFL. Funny when you do.
We had a great time even with my revision surgery 2 days before. Was on pain meds, but was coherent enough to enjoy my time with family
-
So glad you had a good time GMA. You deserve it!! I don't think I've ever seen a ducky nativity scene. Is this your invention Ducky??? haha
