-
Mommy....
I'm stealing that line!!! I love it
-
bad night here, forget the suggestion of my massage lady to do ice ~~~man o did I have muscle spasms last night but up now (early for me) and on the sofa with my favorite heating pad and my coffee.....ooo much better, need to call to do the acupuncture but of course, Mon is a holiday~
-
Ducky, you have described my nights perfectly. Sorry, but nice to know I'm not alone. Love, Jean
-
-
back from first acupuncture, guess I need to give it a bit of time, back still achie but am more calm feelin~
-
Proud.......give it time..........
-
ducky, plan to give it more time, strange feeling as an after effect, not hi and not drunk but sort of calming?
gonna touch base in the morning to do more visits
since I have balance issues, I hold my back very tight~~think this is good for that
-
PTS.. So sorry.. Nothing worse than chronic pain...but the acupuncture sounds promising.. I often think.I should give it a go as well !
-
well one session of acupuncture is sure promising, course I still took a muscle relaxer last night but soon as I can I will call for a second visit today
woke up this morning and turned on TV and just saw a few moments but Michael Strahan was being interviewed and he says he wakes up with a smile every day. so gonna use him as a big funny roll model
sitting on my heating pad with my coffee and a smile
-
Proud............I swear by it........it works...............and yes after you might feel dizzy.......I did, but it went away quickly......................
Like you I have serious balance issues.........horrible, actually scary...............
-
Ducky, my PT place had me doing a bunch of excercises to help my balance so it actually is somewhat better now. The guys used to set up obstacle courses for me in the office of foam things plus steps and such, really funny they were but I did improve
-
hahahaha Lucy and others. Those pictures cracked me up!!
Ducky, You always make acupuncture sound so appealing. One of these days I will try it.
Saw this and it hit close to home except for different medications!! haha
-
that is cute, wonder if I can switch from Lipitor to Prozac?
-
hahaha PTS. They wanted me to take Effexor.....I've heard that's really difficult to get off of though.
-
.. Maybe this is the question we should be asking.?!?
-
gee was just thinking that before this dang back problem I only took an occasional tylonel and mostly relied on stretching, heating pad to keep the old joints moving. good thing about that was no drug interactions between wine and heating pads~~
-
hahahahaha Lucy!!
-
Slow.. BaHaHa... I must go and buy one of those for my hubby :-)
-
Slow....Too, too funny!!!
-

-
-
