Tamoxifen and Supplements

I had started a new supplement that I loved before my diagnosis. It is a multi vitamin and shake combo. I stopped using it during my treatments. My pill bottle has a label that warns not to use supplements with Tamoxifen. Just wondering what type if any supplements do you use. I don't go back to see my doc until Feb. I'll be bringing it to her then too.
