A painting of flowers for Blondie!

That is beautiful, Tomboy!
Hi Blondie! Things are looking up around here with the situation with my oldest boy. I am so thankful for the advice and support you gave me during the darkest days. Wednesday, I kept Slow company during a medical appointment, then we had lunch together. I so grateful for the friends I've made on the board. Other people don't understand what it's like to have to go through this cancer stuff.
I love you.

Tomboy, that is beautiful!!
Hi Blondie! How are you tonight? Friday night,, and I'm working,,,, boooo,,,,,

Absolutely beautiful Tomboy!!!!!
A double goodnight to you Blondie. I know we just texted, but I just wanted to say one more goodnight and tell you how special you are to me. Love you!!
Poppy, I am grateful for YOU!! Thanks again for the company!!

Daisy, I am so happy that you get to see blondie once in a while, I bet you guys get some belly laughs!
Good morning to you, Blondie, thinking of you, and what color is your hair now?
-
Not a better way to say "I love you" to Blondie than with this thread. Blondie, you are a great lady. I hope you are well today!
-
Hello there!
-
I love that picture! Thanks for posting!
Love you blondie. I hope that all your problems are being fixed, so you don't have to worry about anything.
-
HAhaha Loveroflife! That is one very amusing picture...
Blondie, hope you are out enjoying this fine Tuesday. I will get to see you in a week and a day!! Love you.
Tomboy, I am lucky to visit Blondie - just thinking of her makes me smile. Hospice needs to take better care of her!
Wishing all of you a pain-free, stress-free day!
-
Please please please, give her a big ol hug from me, will you? That's so great you guys! I had a really nice texting session with Blondie last night! So much fun, I hope I didn't keep her up too late, I was in the middle of making a somewhat horrible and very late dinner, so her company on my phone made it so much more bearable! Love to you, daisylover, and hopefully not too much pain or stress for anybody.
-
Thinking of you!
Great picture loverofflife. I'd love to do that to Blondie's hospice team.
I hope they get things straightened out for you soon.

Ruthbru, very cute... so apropos...
Tomboy, I will definitely hug her for you!
Blondie, I might need a Frosty...
-
Hi Bondie...do you remember my daughter has "your" name tattooed on her back :-). I think she kinda has your whipper snapper personality & I love that!
Btw...my DH made me Heath bar blizzards 41 years ago! Yep...blended them w/vanilla ice cream to keep me "stable" when I had postpartum blues. Ask me how po'ed I am he didn't market them...we'd be rich & id bring you to stick your toes in the Pacific Ocean! Then you'd have to worry about frostbite...ugh.
I love you too, sister! And I'm hoping those phantom "medical support" people get their act together & give you the help you deserve!
I love that you've gotten together w/sisters! I was at infusion today & at the scheduler's desk there was a gal waiting. We have oncs in the same office. I asked if she's on bc.org. She said yes. It suddenly got awkward. Think she didn't want to connect & it made me sad. Grammy lives 3 miles from me & I love getting together with her! I would cook you some chicken divan (without spicy!) if I lived close enough!!!
Anyhoo...adding my mushy sentiment and just wanted to let you know I got the 2016 calendar & there's no February so....you're stuck with us!!!!
-
Goodnight Blondie. Sleep well!!
-
Blondie,
Haven't met you but I've heard so much about you from everyone.here's a sleepy little possum to say goodnight.
-
That's so cute Sula.
To know her is to love her.
Blondie, I don't get out as often as I used to. I know you love seeing different places. I would love for you to see the Santa Rosa Plateau above my home. My DH used to drive up there often but we haven't in a very long time. He has some time off next week and I will ask him to drive me up there and take some pictures and I will post them here.
It would be fun to give you a world tour from everyone that lives in different places. I have some beautiful pictures of Washington State from long ago vacations. I will post some if you'd like to see them.
Occasionally Tomboy will send me pictures when she goes on her walks. I love seeing her neighborhood and the many things that interest her along the way. Maybe we can bring the outside world to you. We can have our own little adventure right here on BCO!
-
Okay, I will start on the West Coast. Here I am at the Golden Gate Bridge two summers ago. It was a cold foggy day but we walked all the way across it and back.....just because!
-

Hi Ms. BLONDIE, thinking about you. Sending you peaceful " almost sunset" from Hawaii.
-
In honor of Thanksgiving, here s a picture of me standing at the entrance of Pilmoth Plantation this last September. It's the recreated Pilgrim Village near Plymouth, Ma. Very, very interesting to me since I taught a unit about the Pilgrims for many years.
-
Such great pictures!! I will dig mine out this weekend.
Blondie:
Daisylover, You're awesome!! Just sayin'!!
Thanks for taking such good care of our girl.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

My mom grew up on a small farm in Wisconsin. A couple of falls ago we were there for a family reunion. My cousin still lives on the farm site but, instead of farming, he builds & restores small aircraft. He took us on a plane ride to see the beautiful Wisconsin landscape from above. I snapped this neat picture of 'our' farm as seen from the air.
