Cramping with Letrozole what to do see this answer

I found out some interesting info worth sharing. I was taking this and severe feet leg and thigh cramps. Come to find out through research that low estrogen which is what leztrole does is suppress estrogen can cause bloating and dehydrating. So ive started drinking low calorie gatorade propel bananas tomatoe juice and drinking alot of this and water. I feel better cramps much fewer and not every night. Also took benadryl before bed one night and no cramps at all that night but I was doing the rest too. I did this while I was off letrozole for about 15 days. I amI about to get on Arimidex and I read if you take Arimidex at night you will stop bloating my stomach area is large. I will.keep you posting on my progress. Thanks and hope this helps someone.
