Wednesday Weigh In
Comments
-
12 lbs over WW goal weight. Trying to get back on track.
-
I'm also up .8 but took a long fairly brisk walk today and need to stop after dinner nibbling!
-
Whoops, made it. Holding same from last week. Been busy so exercise has been off the last few days. Hope for better results next week.
-
Down 300 grams as of yesterday. Holding is good, patoo!
-
-
funny, ruthbru.
-
Held steady 132.5. Ruthbru - love the funny.
-
I was down the pound I had gained with the late night pizza
-
What a shame to burn the brownies! LOL!
-
Ha, knowing ruthbru she cut off the burnt parts and ate the rest. (sorry ruthbru for always calling you out )
-
The brownie thing was funny and yes, it made me want a brownie, not a burned one though!
-
Yes, patoo is correct; I would salvage what I could!
-
I know you so well!
-
-
If the brownies weren't really charred, I would salvage part of them, too! I love brownies.
-
Maybe she made a new batch to boot! I would.
Down 100 grams. Am off to Paris and then the Brittany for our fall holiday so will surely be up again for the next weigh in or two.
-
I'm very pleased to report that I'm down one pound from last week.
-
Janett - Congrats.
Heidi - Can't go to Paris and not eat. Just walk a lot to make up for it.
-
Down 1 lb from last.
-
Congrats, Patoo. I was down this morning.
-
Have fun Heidi and eat whatever you want. YUM!
I didn't have time to weigh this morning (and, of course, can't do it now after eating all day!). I will report tomorrow.
-
I was up .5 this morning.
-
Not a problem Wren44, we'll see less of you next week
-
Up 1 this week but overall down almost 7 so I'll take it but need to watch the snacking.
-
up .2......too much late night snacking in my case
-
Up .5 to 133.5. I had guacamole yesterday. Perhaps it was the salty chips?
-
salt will do it.
I am the same, we are doing a big yard project so I have been working very hard, but then eating late & fast food.
-
I am down 4 lbs. I started Atkins on Monday and am enjoying not feeling hungry.
-
Good for you carole!
-
Up 2 lbs. Have been busy and not getting as much workout time this past week. Should ease up soon. Meanwhile am getting in something at least every other day.
