Tamoxifen and Anxiety

Hello,

I have been on Tamoxifen for approximately 5 months. I have anxiety but it has been under control but the Tamoxifen has made it unmanageable. I would be grateful for any thoughts on treatment.

    Do let your prescribers know: meds can be adjusted or changed. You deserve to be comfortable with treatment so don't suffer in silence! My favorite non-drug therapies are water exercise, classical music and deep breathing...
