I was wondering if anyone has tried Biosil for hair loss from Arimidex? I've been on Arimidex for about a year and a half now.

I have severe hot flashes, severe joint pains and now this. It's hard when I've been watching my hair grow back and now I'm losing it.

My hair has started really thinning out and my scalp is showing. It's really very upsetting. I asked my Oncologist if there's anything

I can do and she was NO HELP AT ALL! :(

I'd appreciate anyones experience or success stories.

Thanks

I too lost a lot of hair, which used to be very thik, and you could see my scalp. My answer was super chunky haircut at a really good salon - short, longer, short, longer all over, plus men's grooming clay (I love Aveda it's not gooey or sticky) makes my hair look thick! I never have to comb it - just fluff up with my fingers & have many compliments on my funky do. I did not try any hair growtrh products. If it weren't for my cut and the grooming clay my hair would look like a perfectly flat Beatle cut. yikes.

Thanks so much for your reply Flannelette, I was just hoping someone maybe had a positive result from Rogaine (Minoxidil)? I read such conflicting information. I've started taking Biotin and haven't noticed any improvement. Also a thread I just read said she thought Biotin was not a good thing for women with estrogen positive cancer???? Hmmmmm, not sure about that. Shoot, I guess now I have to worry about that too. :)
