10 years ago today

Yes, it was 10 years ago today, I was told I had breast cancer. My cancer was stage IIb, measured almost 4cm and one of my lymph nodes was infected.

Now 10 years have passed - I've got to the point where no one could even imagine I battled cancer.

To those of you who have just diagnosed, you will be where I am before you even know. So stay positive and eat a lot of chocolate!

thank you nowheregirl!.. I would like to request access to the picture form. I had double mastectomy on feb 26. I have finished four rounds of adrimycin and in now on my sixth round of taxol and herceptin. My tumor was 8 cm and 12 lymph nodes involved. All other test have been great results so far. You have given me such wonderdul inspiration. I will be finishing taxol/herceptin in august then onto radiation. Im struggiling with a decision on surgery and inter net photos from plastic surgeons are not really helping me. I would appreciate hearing and seeing first hand what other survivors have chosen and what the outcome was like. Please help! If you ok my request to have access to the photo forum, please let me know. Thank you again for everything and I wish you well!
