nice yard chevy..where's the pole?
Sorry to hear Frey....I got off the stage iv threads. It depressed me. I like it here with these nuts..lol
Smarty , not many nodes removed, just 4 almost 14 years ago and no auxiliary ones. Having lots of tests Friday, my guess is that cancer is back in auxiliary. it usually shows up back in neck nodes and we switch chemos. I think that is why arm swelled. Hope I am wrong, I like the chemo I am on now, life is more normalish. Only 2 more chemos left to go on....heard 2 new ones come out end of this year...yeah!!
But all is good. I am still having lots of fun

-
Frey- so sorry for the news!
But- silver lining is that there are a ton of S4 ladies here with us, like Susan, that keep on keepin' on! We'll stay in your pocket for as long as you want us.
-
Frey, you just party tonight girl. Preferably with someone? We got your back. Yes, we all got problems , but tend to keep them in the background and enjoy the gardens and minions etc.
These are from Warm & Fuzzies. Prefer to think like this than BC

-
Chevy what are these, Can you make them smell too?
Frey jump in here. I'll get a lounger, and a cooler with wine. Some cheese, bread and grapes. and we can pretend forever. Oops, chocolate too. Some music to dream by as the faeries peek out from behind the flowers
-
wisteria- i believe this particular photo is from a public garden in Japan.
-
Okey dokey will put our Kimonos on
-
Onegaishimasu!
-
Bless you! -
Freygea,
Members of a chemo thread will give daily support during treatments. I was on a supportive radiation thread during treatments. I didn't have to bottle up my downer feelings! I was still on other threads, but had a hard time focusing on the daily chitchat.
*Hugs*
-
a great day for ds's swimming
-
-
Patty- cute kids! so jealous of that pool! Hope you are feeling better today

-
Patty- hot fun in the summer time! That is a great pic. I wish I could jump in that pool too!
-
come in over. Plenty of room
-
Hi Frey, so sorry about your stage 4 news. I am stage 4 too, TNBC. The stage 4 thread can be a bit depressing but there's a lot of info in it too. Anyway, not as fun as these crazy ladies here

Big hugs and keep us posted. -
Frey -What can I say other than I wish I was there in person to give you this hug. Stick with us for craziness for sure.
Chevy dearest - heard that turkey prices are going up because of the bird flu and the culling of flocks. I need to see if I have any egg coupons. Eggland's Best on sale at grocer and I think I have one for them. We don't eat a ton of eggs but when I want them I WANT them. Hardboil a few for salads too. Love your garden. Can you do the same at my house? Nasty looking storm SE of Colorado Springs. Hope these stay away from Phyllo; think they've already passed your area.
Susan - we're not nuts. We are the nut house. Praying you get better news tomorrow. Glad you've been having fun.
Patty - that looks like a cool time with your boys. Hope you are feeling better.
Not that this in any way compares with the chit going on with others. DH has abscessed tooth. Amoxicillin here we come. And headed for a root canal next week. I'm second guessing but I would think that might be a little early. DH never questions anything, I could wring his neck. I would have surely asked if infection would be gone by next Wednesday when he made an appt with endo.
-
Well Chevy you're probably in bed already but one just popped up in Loveland. I think you're on the opposite side of Denver anyway.
-
pp, I wanna float on that blue tube...with a drink

-
Patty what a beautiful pool
Thanks chevy, feeling good
Frey so sorry let us kmow about the scans
-
I have been here for the last hour reading posts in this thread. I am laughing at some of the witty remarks . I keep putting my fingers on the keyboard and nothing comes out right once typed. I can say Teka, that pic reaaaaaaaaaaaaly makes me want to paint again.
If you all do not mind I will sit back and read a bit of this thread, laugh a but..probably start yawning in about 3 hours. Hopefully think of something witty to say in about 4 and maybe..just maybe..be sleepiing in about 5...just in time for me to get a nap in before my daaaaaag 3 pound bully of a chihuahua makes me get up to feed her. She takes up the whole bed anyway so best stay here in my desk chair so I can maybe get 40 winks before dawn.
-
Frey- your little dog is adorable. I will be heading to bed shortly here shortly but hope you can get some rest tonight.
We do have some characters on this thread.
Sleep well sister.
-
N u r one of them jazzy
Me i am up 4 a couple more hours...
-
Me too.
-
Freygea,
Cutie Pie!!
-
Chevy, Did that tornado come near you? Hail? Flooding? Put your hip waders on and get your candy stick out. Umbrella too? Hope you and DH are okay. How's Janie?
-
Bedtime I think Hootie hoo.
-
Ms. Blondie, you ARE a spit ball of fire! Good for you! I will respectfully agree to disagree. Happy to hear you are feeling better.Wren, thank you for the advisory. Will take time to find the right dog for the family. We used to have a GSD that disliked cats. If she saw one she would take off and forget that she was on a leash. One evening when I was walking with her down our street, she spotted before I did our neighbor's cat that liked to taunt her.....oh my, all hell broke loose. She yanked me so hard she nearly pulled my arm off of its socket and the fingertip off of my ring finger. I was five or six months pregnant at the time and thank God I still had my stamina and balance otherwise I would have fallen on my face ! This is how my ring finger looks like today.

JWoo, whew!!! Glad the CT scan came back clear of any suspicious spotso. There got to be a better way to deal with PTSD because we have other things in life to deal with. Hopefully, they can figure out how to help you with your lung function. Have fun at the concert. " Start me up"
Jazzy, you used to be a hotter Mama? Your reply to Foots " I am mostly hot, although not as bad as I used to be." You mean hotter than Ms. Chevy's pole dancing or hotter than Ms. Spookie's thongs?
Analram!!! Hahaha Love the innocent look on the face of your Shepinois. Your sinus is acting up? Hope the Neupogen keeps your WBC within normal for the pain you had to go through.
Hope your beagle is ok Mel.
Susan, Rose looks so cute. I envy your garden too. I hope you and your doctor are wrong about the cancer making its home in the axillary area.
Rose, what a blessing to be reconnected with your high school friend.
Hi Ms. Smaarty. I am thinking about ripping my front yard out tooand replace it with drought tolerance plants, but need approval from Big Brother (HOA) first.
Oh FrenchFrey, hugs to you. You have a cute little guy. He is a 3 pound brute?

Patty, ahhh summer fun!!!
Hi Goats!
-
Forgot and drank a cup of green tea before bedtime so now I am....

-
Marlana, hope work was not too crazy for you today. Good night! Wait,it's morning already. Good morning! Going to bed.
-
Okay YES! We're doing our job! Did you see THAT? Susan said we are nuts! Haaaaaaaaah! Mission accomplished! Susan, man, no matter what is thrown at you, you just keep on truckin' .... right?
I'm just glad you keep your sense of humor... and you forGOT! My pole is out in the alley.... Hee-hee!
Morning JWow........... You tell em' kid... A silver lining is always good... sometimes just hard to find in back of all those clouds.
Sassy, they are some sort of hanging something.... Like Wisteria, or something similar...... And what are you..... High or something? I was listening to that music, and fell right back to sleep off my chair!
And I'm just KIDDING! We need something like .......
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgdufzXvjqw
Oh JWow! Okay, you said it was Wisteria... Yes, I THOUGHT so!
Morning Teka! Beautiful dancers....Nice to hear from you! And you too, "I-be-a-gal.... ".... What IS that? I just noticed your name... or is that code for something?
Peppermint, Yes, kids look so happy... I'm like Jazzy, wish I could jump in that pool also, or just even JUMP!
Yes Lilgoats! I have a dozen fresh eggs right now... hard-boiled 3, but man, the shells do NOT come off easy on fresh eggs... Eggs are good for you... The chicken people are coming home tomorrow... THEY were in Austin... Hope the weather was good for them.......
And it rained and hailed and lightning-ed and it just came down in buckets last night.... woke up this morning and I had 5 severe-warning notifications on my computer... Hah! AND they interrupted Wheel of Fortune, to tell us what we already KNEW, and we never got to see who WON! Dang!
We are in Denver, but close to Wheatridge... Just 2 blocks from where Elitch's used to be... This is the neatest area around here now! When I was a kid growing up a block away, it was called just "old North Denver" .. But now we are called "West Highlands"! Ha! Shows you how snooty WE have become!
No! They can't or shouldn't do anything with an abscessed tooth until that infection is gone... We MUST have similar Husbands! They wait until a tooth is either broken off or abscessed before they even GO!
Oh just wait till he skins his knee! And what is an "endo"??? You mean a dentist? We got this guy, who is ALSO Italian, (just like DH) who he trusts with his life!............. And he not only pulls teeth, he fits you right up with a plate and smacks them right in there! No sending you out for different opinions, root-canals, etc.... He PULLS the sucker! He gives you a price, and whatever adjustments, or work needs to be done, that price includes everything! For the rest of your life, I think! (Which he KNOWS isn't all THAT long)
Morning Blondie.... SOOooooooooo glad you are feeling better... I love to see your little Avatar around these parts!
Oh Hey FreyFrey! You don't have to be witty, or anything.... just come see us... So WHAT is your little dogs name? What a SWEETIE! And she has no toys either.... nor blankets...
And Jazzy.... You guys were all UP last night! I went to bed about 8:45... The news kept talking about the Tornado's around Longmont! Just WOW! A lot of damage from these storms.... But the pounding rain DID wake me up around 11.... And if EYE could hear it without my hearing aids in, you KNOW it was loud!
You TELL her Blondie! She is right in the middle of this bunch too! Hah!
Loverly.... Look how pretty and healthy your nails look! Oh, what is a Shepinois? With a face? What did I miss? I try sooooo hard to talk to all you guys, and I missed something!
Oh, so I'm not even going to notice you said "FrencyFrey".... as in French-Fry? Is that it? Is that her new name, with a twist on the spelling?
Okay.... You guys are all probably in bed now... I'll just be the guardian of the gate, and welcome in a new day.... Love you all! xoxoxo
