Recent studies on efficacy of low dose tamoxifen?

I would love any links to studies on effectiveness of lower dose Tamoxifen re recurrence. I am stage 1A, lumpectomy, I'm going to do radiation but meeting with onco today to talk about Tamoxifen rather than AI's. I am 57, post menopausal. I am borderline osteopenia already and do not want the bone density effects of the AI's. I would love to know the trade off in percent recurrence with a lower dose of Tamoxifen...idk if she will go for it but I am betting there are a lot of women that are taking less on their own anyway. Anyone have any hard data?

Here are some links to other threads. I believe there are more threads out there. I never found any convincing studies. Maybe I was being too picky. I wanted to see disease free survival.
