Pregnany and Tamoxifen

I've just discovered I'm 7.5 weeks preganant. I have been on Tamoxifen for 17 months and assumed that my only option was a termination. However my GP says that it's totally my choice as whilst Tamoxifen can cause birth defects, lots of women go on to have healthy babies that have been taking Tamoxifen at the beginninig of their pregnancies. However I also had a Mammogram last week and as I didn't know I was pregnant then, my baby had been subject to some radiation now as well.
I know what I should do but just want to know if anyone has been in this or a similar situation?

I know this post is old but I wanted to know how everything turned out. I'm in the same situation now and I'm being told to terminate.
