if I'm doing the cooking I bake or grill it; if DH is doing the cooking, he rolls the fish in his 'secret recipe' then he fries it. Not so healthy, but oh so yummy!

I can't wait until it is spring so that I can.....

the clutter would drive me crazy. I like clean open space in my house with minimal objects on furniture and counters.
