Oh my goodness, I have been so remiss in posting my gratitudes. OK here I go...
Dec 24th I am grateful to have enjoyed the company of my DD and GD on Christmas Eve. My GD slept over as Santa doesn't visit their house. My DD was back at my place before her daughter woke up so all was great.
Dec 25th Grateful to see all of the smiles and excitement on Christmas morning. Half the family was able to be their for our traditional Christmas brunch. Yay. Dinner went well and my mom popped in for an hour too!!
Dec 26th Christmas Part 2, The Sequel. I am grateful that all family members who were unable to make it Christmas day were there for presents and dinner. More smiles and excitement.
Dec 27th Winding down from all the hustle and bustle. Very grateful that nobody knocked on the door and my DH and I had a restful day. Cleaned and did laundry.
Dec 28th Today I am grateful that I have a job even if I have to work this Sunday.
Needless to say that I am always grateful for each and every one of my BCO friends and sisters. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas season, whatever religion you happen to be!
Have a lovely Sunday ladies.
-
Grateful that the Minnesota Vikings won their final game of the season; it's been a rough year for them and their fans!
-
Red, we are so grateful that you started this group. It is such a pleasure to read what each of you is grateful for. I got to see my little 21 month old granddaughter for Christmas who lives far away and to see what a delightfully sweet little child she is.
-
Red , ditto what Honeybair said...We are grateful for you beginning this thread. I am grateful for my weekend without children, actually young adults, and time to recoup. Home again forward we move. They continue to need so much emotionally to provide that support for them as they begin their move forward. I am so grateful to be here for them. -
Yes, thank you Red!

I am grateful that I do not work outside. The air temperature was minus 13 this morning with a wind chill of minus 35.
-
12/29- grateful to have some space to go to the movies after work today. Saw the movie, Wild, which is also a great book by Cheryl Strayed. True story about the power of nature to heal us. Worth seeing my friends.
Thank you from me too Red for starting this thread!
-
Aww shucks, thanks ladies. No, seriously, it has helped me clarify my thoughts and the fact that I sometimes need to search for something I'm grateful for, tells me that I am not viewing my life correctly that day. So, my gratitude for today is also for having started this thread.
Have a nice evening ladies.

-
This weather builds character!

I am grateful that my two 15 year old, and much adored, cats passes their annual physicals. According to the vet they 'have good hearts, good teeth, healthy weights, and nice butts'......a medical report we would all like for ourselves as well!

-
Hey! I definitely want that medical report. Of course, when I was 15....
Today I am grateful for a list to follow through month/year end and switchover to SAP!
Have a great day ladies.
-
But you gotta multiple the age X 5......so technically they are 75!
edited to add that I will be pretty thrilled if I get to the age of 75 with a good heart, good teeth, a good weight, and a nice butt!!!

-
I'm with you in that one Ruth! Something to look forward to!!
