This is what the surgeons office told Denise on Monday....
They do have the views, Someone comes in twice a week
to interpret the films and gives a report, from there it goes to the surgeon he views them and also does a report
then his staff is notified to contact patient with follow up instructions ! Geez!!
My thoughts are please call the patient don't put this on the back burner because it is nothing we don't know that! We need to hear 'IT is nothing to be concerned about'
I wish a Doctor would read this ! Give me the phone Denise!! lol
hugs,

Carrie - I hate that too! Not only when waiting for test results for myself, but my loved ones as well. The "no news is good news" crap is for the birds!

Denise still has some decisions to make and more specialist
to see . The anuerysm is on a main artery in the right side of the brain 1-3% of these do bleed ( I am sure that is not the proper term sorry) If it does he said chances are that she would not make it to the hopital being in a main artery. He is sending her records to a specailist to see if she can so a coil ( the vessles running from the artery determine this) If she does not he can do a clip
this was the choice he was least optomistic about.
He also said she could do nothing , and watch it he said
many of his older patients opt for this (Denise is 47 I don't think that is old) He said that it is small.
He said the only sure thing about these are there is
nothing sure about them .
Hugs,

Crap. 47's a puppy.
1-3% sounds like good odds but after getting BC, I always feel like I'm going to come in on the wrong side of the odds, would be hard pressed to do nothing.
Will keep you and Denise in my prayers.

Dang! I was hoping that you'd have the answers today.. but more waiting and more specialists... Dang It!!! 47 is young.... Hope the answers and actions will be clear very soon... Hate that you're in this situation!!!
Hoping that the specialist can do the "coil" and that Densie can get it quickly and get this resolved....
Love and Hugs,
