Four and 1/2 years-could it be?
Well I have been gone from this board for awhile, been out living. I peak in now and then to see what's going on and get some inspiration. I have recently had a bought with LE and decided I needed some "girl time" so here I am. I hope everyone is well, out living life. I can't believe I have almost finished four years. I still HATE BC!! I have stopped waking up in the middle of the night wondering if it is still lurking in my body. It really is such a crap shoot whether it comes back and if it was ever really gone. I am hoping to move to AZ early next year and start a new life. I hope that can make it for another four years and longer. I have felt bad these last few days with the LE being back, it brings back all the fears of going to my dr and having him say you only have xx time left, because the BC is now all over. I want to live! I want to move to AZ with my horse and ride through the beautiful scenery. I hope I make it-I hope we all make it.
Please everyone have a wonderful Thanksgiving!! I am so thankful to still be here.
hugs....

Hi Cheryl,
Your dreams are coming back and that is wonderful news. I did a move about 8 months ago, and it has made all the difference in my life. Only 25 miles, but closer to the work I now do, and next to running trails. I can bus it into Seattle whenever I want. Much better life arrangement, and has allowed me to do more work. But also make a real contribution. The 20 mile ride I am planning in a bit is just down the hill, so no commute.
Just the positive energy involved to get you and your horse to AZ will do wonders for moving on. All sorts of things like finding a place to live and then re-imagining things. This will spill over to your life and you will make new friends.
Wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving. I need to jump into my cycling clothes and get down the hill to the early AM ride. These things also make a tremendous difference. Anyway wishing you excitement, joy, and the courage to live your dreams. - Claire
