Cancer centers
hello my sister was just diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer it's metastized to her lungs and lymph nodes. We are looking to get 2nd opinions. Can anyone recommend good cancer center? Or another doctor located near ohio? We are currently receiving treatment at Cleveland clinic

Jmpierce87, I think she's very fortunate to be at the Cleveland Clinic. People come from all over the world for treatment at Cleveland Clinic. I don't have any recommendations from personal experience but as I understand it MD Anderson in Houston is top of the line, also. Good luck to your sister.

Jm, I'm so sorry about your sister's diagnosis. Here's a list of NCI-designated cancer centers. Looks like there are two in OH. Hopefully, one will be convenient to you. http://cancercenters.cancer.gov/cancer_centers/can... A second opinion is always a good idea, and I would strongly consider one of these top-notch cancer facilities.
