I'd really appreciate it if you could share your experience with me if you were prescribed Anastrozole and Goserelin (as opposed to Tamoxifen) and you are young and pre menopausal. I am very active and very concerned about bone density issues.

I only have personal experience with tamoxifen but read some place there is a slight benefit in using aromatase inhibitors.

Were your tumor aggressive? BRCA+?

I understand your worries. Having been prescribed tamoxifen I have worried about whether it was effective enough.
