Pulmonary Embolism - after switch from Tamox to Zoladex/Aromasin

I was on tamoxifen since Feb 2013 and switched to Zoladex and AI about 3 weeks ago.  Now I have been diagnosed with pulmonary embolisms!  Aren't AI's supposed to be much less risky as far as blood clots go?  What about Zoladex?  I also had an emergency D&C (due to tamoxifen issues in the uterus and bleeding) and a short outpatient bladder sling procedure last month.  I don't understand how I could have gone through several breast reconstruction operations including Latissmus Dorsi flap this year, all while on Tamoxifen, and suddenly come up these pulmonary embolisms after going off the tamoxifen.

Interestingly, my 19 year old daughter had pulmonary embolisms which came on about a year ago when a doctor put her on birth control pills to regulate her cycle.  Drs were certain there must be a genetic clotting disorder in play due to the large volume of clots in her lungs, but she tested negative.

I would appreciate any thoughts or feedback!
