What anti-depressant are you using with Femara?

...or a medication for fatigue. I've been on Femara a month and the fatigue/tiredness is my worst side effect. Thank you.

I am on Venlafaxine and Mirtapazine. Mirtapazine given as an extra 'boost' when I was feeling very low.

I was on lexapro when I began femara; didn't help with fatigue. Went off the lexapro and felt no different.
