Annual MRI (Xpost)

Hello All, I just had my annual MRI on Tuesday and got the results which included the wording: "Left Breast (my ILC was in the right breast) - A small intramammary lymph node or fibroadenoma has been seen on prior exams and continues to diminish in size."

 This thing shows up every year. Has anyone else had this seen in any imaging studies, and does anyone know what the heck it is?
