Has any of you ladies have double vision from anastrozole?

Sammie, I haven't had that problem, but it sounds like anything having to do with visual or neurological changes should be reported to your onc right away: http://www.rxlist.com/arimidex-side-effects-drug-center.htm

It's very likely you be asked to see an ophthalmologist and undergo some eye tests. It's something everyone with BC should do anyway. I have extreme dry eye with AIs including anastrozole. Never double vision though.
