Scottiee, true about the soy lecithin in chocolate, but since I eat nothing else that contains soy, I think it is OK.

I buy the Baker's unsweetened chocolate chunks at my local Bulk Barn. The only ingredient listed is cocoa. I sure hope that's accurate. I mix it with a bit of honey and raw organic cashews- it's my treat.

Ah, Bulk Barn. Man, I used to love that place. Quality at a good price. Lately though, I haven't had much luck. The french vanilla coffee mix I bought was clearly mislabeled. It stated "sweetened with cane sugar", but was clearly artficial sweetener. There's no mistaking that taste. The coconut oil I bought was rancid and the saffron was crap....no color, no flavor. The ingredients for the parmesan cheese didn't list cellulose filler, but you could tell it was in there. Now I'm really starting to wonder if their products "are what the claim to be". I've stopped shopping there but I really miss the prices. Maybe it can be blamed on employee labelling and stocking mistakes. I'd love to hear about others' experiences because I'd sure love to start shopping there again. Maybe just an unfortunate run at this particular store of late.

    Urbanfarmer, that snack sounds delicious!
