    no, grocery store and some errands if I feel up to it. (Or, if I continue with this awful cough and can't stay awake, a trip to OC to urgent care, again, may need to happen).

    false. I am on the list but I think it helps tremendously. I remember all those supper phone calls for years from telemarketers until the do not call list came available.
