I love the Carlson suppositories someone suggested, so soothing, and scream cream is good too. I tried some leftover EMLA cream and didn't notice a big difference but not sure I waited long enough or hit the right spot. My scream cream was compounded in syringes and I didn't realize it was meant to be multiple doses at first and had it everywhere, lol.
My GYN says it is a vasodialator and does not have an estrogen link. He had no trouble prescribing it.

My oncologist gave the ok for Vagifem. Hope I won't regret this. Very low dose estrogen. We'll see how it goes.
-
Cherti, I do hope it works for you! Much love.
-
Hi Cherrie, what's your very low dose of vagifem!
I had the okay, but am just too nervous!
-
10 mcg I have had a Mastectomy and lowered my odds even more so that layed into my decision.
-
Hi Cherrie, good for you! It's a difficult decision, are you taking arimidex as well right now? I am, which isn't helping matters.....
-
Fluffqueen- what is the prescription name for scream Cream? I want to call my doctor yesterday? LOL. I have been so down about this problem and came across this thread the other day. it is bad enough BC took the top end and now messing with the lower end. I will try anything!!!
-
Diana rose. Unfortunately. Scream cream IS the awful name! LOL I'm not sure which posting had the link to the script ingredients that you could take to the pharmacy. It also has to be a compounding Pharmacy. There are not a lot if those around. You get plenty but it doesn't last ling. Perhaps you could ask your pharmacy if that could be frozen? My pharmacy made up 2 syringes. I should have tried freezing one.

You gals are wonderful! Can't wait to talk with my MO. She's got a great sense of humor. I just know that she's gonna get a hoot out of the name "Scream Cream!" I hope it works. I really miss the intimacy of making love. It's such an important part of our relationship. It always reminds me of how close we are and that I am still a woman. No matter what they add, subtract or divide!
-
Sorry I can't link to it on my phone. But on page 16 of this thread about the 7th post, there is a link to the scream cream FAQs including the ingredients and proportions. I wish you lots of luck and great sex!

picking my cream up in the morning. All the nurses at the doctors office want some too. They did the research, talked to the doctor and then called me to say they had the prescription ready for me. Can't wait to try it! Thanks for the info!!
-
My Family Dr just call in the prescription. I will not receive until next week. I hope this works. I am need of the WOW Factor again!
-
Is there still a recipe for the scream cream available? -

-
ıntercourse.. What's that?
))))
Seems soooo long we had that, after my newly added hormonals.. So deprived of sexual appetite.. DH is very supportive and we are looking for a way out of this situation.
I can't imagine asking fır scream cream prescribed here
))) MO is modern and all yet in a country literally in a war, asking for sex drugs feels weird ..
Ugh...
Joke aside. What's the medical formula name of that cream please.. I'll look into it. Need it..
Thanks
Ebru

I feel good about using my savings$$ for a new treatment called: Mona Lisa Touch
We got married after I got diagnosed with MBC, so never really had a normal sex life.
Ive done 1 of 3 procedures and my husband says he can feel a difference - I must admit is was a little less painful. I've used estrogen cream for years, along with "liquid Silk"...both are better than nothing but still deal with pain. How can you have a Libido when you know its going to hurt!!
Stay tuned for the results!

Tab has the correct ingredient link above. Print it out and fax or email it to your doctor. ive tried it and it helped. Mine came in 2 small syringes of 10 dose each. The problem is the expiration date is only about 6 weeks. Hope it works for you. Just dont expect a miracle right away. It takes patience. I almost said practice.
-
I've used mine well past the expiration date, and it worked fine. Good luck!
