Pooh sorry about your headache.
Today I am grateful for my friend at work, Savvas. He was there to hold me when I had my meltdown and cried all over my desk. I'm ok now. Just had too much coming at me. :-)
-
RedReading - so important to have friends like Savvas - glad you are feeling better.
I am grateful I was able to have a wee visit with my "work family" yesterday. Haven't seen many of them for a long while now.
-
I am grateful to see the blue sky, even though it is very chilly. I am grateful to have a warm house to go into after being out in the cold.
-
I am grateful for antibiotics and for the fact that my PS prescribed me pain meds without me having to ask (I hate asking for pain meds) and for my PS.
That was for yesterday, today I am grateful for a number of wonderful people in my life .. too many to list; somehow they show up when I need them.
-
Grateful for my wonderful friend, Suzanne, who is always a joy to be with. She treated me to a movie and popcorn. I have not been to see a movie in a theater since LINCOLN.
-
I am grateful to be back to work and for all the hugs I got!
-
I am grateful for my family.

Grateful for my wonderful neighbor, I came out tonight to discover I had flat tire and he came across the road and insisted on changing it for me.

Day 33: grateful I had a nice day getting ready for the Super Bowl and watching it with DH. He was fun today, we made lots to eat and even waiting in line at the grocery store wasn't bad.
Day 34: not feeling really well, so I was grateful I got to stay in, take it easy and rest.
Day 35: grateful I was feeling better, searched for jobs and submitted a bunch of applications.
Day 36: grateful I got out today to attend a support group meeting and be with some wonderful ladies.

Watching the Toronto news every morning makes me grateful that I do not have to travel through that rush hour traffic every morning. Grateful to live in a rural area.

It's been freezing or below all day yesterday and all day today. I'm grateful that's about as cold as it usually gets here, and also that warmer temperatures are predicted for the next few days.
-
grateful for the rain, we need it badly
-
Day 37: I agree Cheryl, I enjoyed the rain today, very grateful it. It was threatening all day, when I left the house it started heavy misting, by the time I got to my first destination it was already sprinkling, raining pretty well by the time I got home.
Thanks, Pooh!

Day #39
Today I am grateful for the time I got to spend knowing my father-in-law, Fred, who passed in his sleep very early this morning. I first met him when I was 13 and I think he spent more time raising me than my parents did. He actually grounded me - and I didn't live at his house! He taught me a lot and I will miss him.
-
Red - so sorry for the loss of your FIL. It is good that you have some wonderful memories which will keep him alive in your heart forever.
Today I am grateful that my mother taught me to appreciate the little things in life - two beautiful hawks circling the area around our home today - so beautiful and majestic.
-
Awe Red, so sorry to hear of the loss of your FIL. The memories you hold are there for you to access anytime you need. He will never truly be gone while you remember his name.
(((((((((Hugs)))))))))

Thanks Barsco and Chrissy, he was a wonderful man.

Grateful for family and friends.......!
