BIOTIN USE IN HIGH RISK ER+; does anyone know if it is safe????

I've been researching supplements to encourage hair growth and came across biotin. Some early stage girls take it but I'm wondering if anyone at more advanced stage, like me, highly ER+ knows if it is safe?

I came across some older info that biotin may increase estrogen???? But nothing very specific...

I'm on tamoxifen.

Not according to Memorial Sloan Kettering. They specify if supplements have estrogenic properties and it is not mentioned at all in this:

Is this in reference to hair growth or to prevent a recurrence?

Pupfoster, it's more about NOT increasing the risk of recurrence while helping with hair re-growth.

Being stage IIIC - I don't want take any chances by supplementing with things that may for example stimulate estrogen or encourage any residual bc cells to grow....
