aquawaves, if your plans change and you can go on the 16th, let me know !
galsal, I hear you...all these insurance changes are nerve wracking. My deductible keeps going up and my out of pocket too. -
It kills me, getting consults about reconstruction revision to remove the excess left over. Soooo many varying opinions. -
Count me in since the game is at 7! -
I can't make the 16th. We're going to the USF v. Memphis game too. I will have a cheering dilemma too. My daughter is going to USE, but I went to Memphis!
My bmx surgery will be the week of January 6, so I am planning to dance the night away ( cue Van Halen song) the Saturday night before that. Save the date. I would love to meet you all there. Still deciding on where to go, but I will keep you posted.
You ladies have fun Saturday night.
Leanne

Leanne, we meet around noon on Saturday, not at night. The USF game is not until 7pm so I am able to do both, as is nbnotes. Depending on the rest of your day, you may be able to make both, also. -
Where will you be having the BMX done and how long is it expected you'll be there? I like the attitude, dancing that night away before. -
I replied on Nov 3rd that I would be coming to lunch. It appears that I was overlooked as I am not on the list. Will you please include me? Thanks. -
Of course, FLWarrior! I did not go back far enough after confirming we are on for the date. My apologies. -
Hello,
I'm excited about having you over on Saturday! A lot of people are wondering what to bring so I thought I'd put on here the dishes. It's Mostly critters, Squirrel , frog legs (we'll just call that chicken!) Oops! Wrong party!
Seriously, we have salad and bread sticks and chess pie so far. I'm making a roasted vegetable/ orzo pasta dish, pastries and a spiked punch! I've just discovered my blown glass ladle was broken so if anyone has one laying around, I'd appreciate borrowing it for the afternoon!
Someone could bring any of the following, Quiche, mixed nuts, grapes and cheese, luncheon mini sandwiches, asparagus or even soup! I hope these suggestions help. I have Salton hot plates for dishes that need to be kept warm.
**** side note? Has anyone heard from ameron? Getting concerned as she's my get together buddy!
Thanks all! -
Leanne, as Mondayschild mentioned, our get together ate earlier in the day so perhaps you could join us!
You're welcome to transition into your fan of football attire , right here at my house! We'll be every game goers tailgate party! In other words, we'd love to see you! -
I'll bring the grapes and cheese.
Firework, I sent you a PM for your address.
Thank you Monday's Child. -
Hi, Everybody, I don't think I'll be able to make it to the party, but I hope you all have a great time! I have a question. I'm needing to change insurance because Humana is no longer going to be associated with Florida Cancer Specialists. I'm leaning toward Florida Blue Medicare. Do any of you have that, and if so, what do you think of it? -
I have been thinking about Ameron and wondering how she is. Firework do you have her phone #? I hope she is doing well and just busy with her biz at this time of year. -
FLwarrior,
I don't have her phone number. I've sent 2 PM's yet haven't heard back. -
GalSal: My surgery will be at Moffitt. BS hasn't given all the details yet, but is telling me this is the week based on chemo completion and the holiday schedule. I am so glad I will be able to have the holidays first. - Thanks to a few delays due to low platelets.
We will also have visitors from out of town for the game, so I better sit this one out. -
Hi Tampa BCO,
Ameron is going through a lot right now. I believe she needs our prayers and our support. She writes that she'll be back in touch but, her family is just getting hit from all sides. I know she'd enjoy hearing from us.
Lorraine -
Wow, a lot going on. Praying for ameron.
I won't be able to make "the party" on Saturday. Maybe the next one. Have a good time! -
I can bring soup. With this weather, it might be a good choice. Is either collard green soup (depending on time and if I can find collards), or bean navy soup okay? -
It all sounds yummy. -
Monday's Child,
Soup sounds great! I'm a navy bean soup person, myself but, let's hear from the majority!!
I'm wondering if my champagne punch will go with the weather......maybe I should have a bottle of Baileys for coffee's too!!
Lorraine -
You're the hostess, so navy bean soup it is. (Easiest, also!)
Champagne punch will be fine. I just looked at the weather forecast and it is supposed to be warmer this weekend, lows upper 60s and 70s to low 80s during the day. 60% change of rain on Saturday. -
The sinkhole is about a mile from me. Scary stuff! -
Very scary!! -
spookiesmom,
A mile away! Yeah, that's too close. Be sure to look for cracks and any changes in your house ie...doors that won't close anymore.....
Be safe,
Lorraine -
firework - I have a glass ladle if you still need one. I can bring some quiche and maybe a Cobb salad, and some kind of dessert-ish thing? -
Hi All, I'm out of it...what time is the get together Saturday? -
Ameron! Good to see you. I think around noon, as normal.
Firework, please confirm the time, and PM me your address. Ameron, too. -
Ameron! Great to hear from you. Ladies, sad to say for the first time I'll not be there. Your company will be sorely missed. Have some Baileys for me though. -
I still haven't rec'd Fireworks address....can someone pm me -
specialK
Thank you for the ladle! I thought we were going to have to use a measuring cup!! The food sounds great!
