Yeah, I watched that tonight. Well, don't forget Rob Lowe was in The West Wing so he does know his way around the oval office. ;-)

Read today that Downton Abbey that just finished showing in UK has been renewed for Season 5.

Valjean, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.

I asked Santa for the collectible "Breaking Bad Barrel". I don't see anything under the tree that can pass for it, though. Sad

Patiently waiting for Netflix to stream the last season so I can do some marathon re-watching over the holidays!

Santa still has a couple of days!! Good luck!

We are still on season three DVDs- late to the party I know. I am also looking forward to some marathon watching over the holidays, once it slows down a bit more (will it ever???)

    Happy holidays!

Did anyone watch season 1 of the Following? It comes back on in January, as is Justified.

We love Chicago Fire! Now they're getting a spin off...Chicago P.D. Also starting in January.

So BB fans did you see the Golden Globes last night. Both the acting and the series won last night.

They mentioned how the first season only had a few followers but now they are world wide.I remember watching the very first episode and telling everyone about the show.So happy for Vince Giligan and can't wait to watch the next series he writes.

I was so upset at what happened to Anna a few episodes ago that I have not watched again. Can anyone tell me that Downton Abby somehow redeems itself from that episode?   I was so shaken and disillusioned by that episode.

love Downton Abby.  First episode which she seemed her old self.  I wish this wasn't the last episode of the season.

I am sad that Downton Abbey is already over until next year. British series just never last long enough for me. I am excited that Dallas on TNT just started again. In a way, it's similar to Downton Abbey, just set in Texas, LOL.

I also love Sherlock. Wished it was more than three episodes. They never really did explain how Sherlock survived the fall from the rooftop, which is annoying. I'm not surprised that Moriarty isn't dead.

As evidenced by my avatar picture, I am a huge Doctor Who fan. My husband watched it back in the 1970's when it was on PBS and he got me hooked. I am hoping I am around to see the next actor who is going to be taking over the role of the Doctor this fall.

I'm also looking forward to the return of Drop Dead Diva on Lifetime this spring.

So ever since BB ended, I've been literally watching nothing of what all seems like pseudo-crap in comparison. I have though, been watching the Oscar Pistorius trial. Anyone watching. Oscar should win an Oscar.

We are just now watching the last episodes of BB on Netfilx. Normally we go on a marathon, but this time we are stretching it out.....don't want it to end!

BB has been renewed for this summer. I won't say anything about last season so I don't spoil anything for those still watching.

I am watching the Americans, I like it quite a lot.

The following does have the element of surprise but I am a little creeped out by it.

I also look forward to Project Runway, this time called a different name. can't remember.

I like most all spy based drama, whether it is a film or a tv show.

    There is more. :)

Luvmygoats, I knew about "Saul."  I wonder what kind of characters they'll use to keep it interesting. Maybe they'll ressurrect Mike Armatrout. It's usually the supporting cast the makes a show anyway.

Hahaha sorry  Big Brother.  I knew a whole bunch of the kids who worked on the show, so I began watching it around 2002.

Breaking Bad was just so amazing, wasn't it?  I think I have watched it three times on Netflixs.

I have also been watching a good number of British mysteries.

My son was visiting a couple weeks ago and put Netflix on my iPad. I loved "Orange is the New Black," and now I'm hooked on "Weeds!"

I'm waiting for some episodes of "Orange..." to come out.

After BB, I spent the Winter going thru' all eight seasons of "Dexter."  As far as "Better Call Saul," I don't think that spin-off panned out because I just saw the actor (Bob Odenkirk) in the new "Fargo" series.  "Fargo" seemed interesting, but since I've forgotten what night it is even on, I will probably have to wait until that comes to Netflix.

Netflix is my preferred way of watching these days, but I have been watching "The Vikings" (something to watch with husband) on the History Channel.  Gotta laugh at the programming on that channel, most of which takes immense liberties with actual history!

p.s.  Forgot to mention that I saw most of "American Horror Story: Coven" too.  I bet that's one that our thread founder Marybe would have enjoyed, even tho' they seem to buy the special effects blood in mass quantities (to get the discount, no doubt!)

The new Fargo series is really well written. Billy Bob Thornton has some great lines. It is not so bloody as the film was.

Nurse Jackie is back, I missed a number of episodes.

Does anyone on here watch the FX series Fargo? It's so much better than the movie. The writing reminds me a lot of Breaking Bad, though it's not about drugs. Billy Bob Thornton is scary in it.

I have one more episode of the series "Weeds." I'll be so sad to see the last of this family. Thinking of starting " The United States Of Tara" next.

Really enjoying the new season of 24 (live another day) was wondering if Fargo was worth catching up on.

Fargo is great. The series is much better than the movie IMO. Billy Bob Thornton is excellent in it. Bates Motel is another one worth catching up on. It just finished its 2nd season. It's not horror. Just a great, but quirky drama.

I caught this just by accident looking at the PBS schedule for tomorrow night. Last Tango in Halifax Season 2 starts tomorrow night. Yes, it is early. Was on last year in September. Has been picked up for a Season 3. I noticed our station is running I, Claudius (1976) which I thought was curious. On at midnight; wish it was on at a better time. DH and I watched it in early marriage. Makes better sense now. Derek Jacobi also has a 1/2 hour comedy show later after Masterpiece Mystery - might be a bit raunchy. Can't really tell and I didn't really go search. Just excited that Last Tango is back. Got my Sunday night viewing lined up.

I did watch Endeavour (Mast. Mystery) last week. I'm not one for modern mysteries but this one was good if bloody. Also think there are some new Poirots coming
