Sweeeet Seven
Girls, so thankful and grateful to be posting my seventh year of surviving and thriving! For those of you who are new to our group, the first thing I want to say is that there's no magic bullet here. It's all about just doing what our doctors tell us to, and trying to eat better, exercise more, and surround ourselves with loving supportive people in our lives, as hard as that can be to do sometimes. If I've learned anything, it's that NO ONE is guaranteed tomorrow, so I am going to enjoy today and now. I am getting up every morning and getting my exercise in at 5 am, because otherwise life gets in the way and it doesn't happen. Try to find what works for you! Saturdays are off, and that bed feels like heaven. I woke up last Saturday at 930 surrounded by sleeping kids and sleeping doggies! I probably ( no, I do) drink too much wine and I'm getting a little wine gut that's gotta go, but otherwise I'm feeling fine and well, and I hope you are too! Carpe diem!
Love,
Bobbie

Bobbieeeeee! Bobbilicious! 7 years, my friend. Toasting you with a mug of cranberry tea.....but I did have a beer tonight before I read this. So I post-dedicate that beer in honor of your 7 years. It was a Surly Furious and quite hoppy.

Buuugggggsssss! I am just now developing that bucket list, and mine will be one of the quirkiest around!
1. Have a glass of that hoppy shit with Bugs; Surly Furious sounds apt:)
2. Go on a mission trip to somewhere in Central America

Happy Friday, ladies! -
Seven sure is sweet and eight will be great! Keep on keepin' on. (with a glass of wine, of course)

Bobbie - all the best from another 7-year veteran of this club! I have never liked wine, but do have a fondness for Ben & Jerry - thus necessitating my daily workouts (which happen when I get off work at 5:00 pm - my dinner is my reward!).
Here's to many more annual updates - for all of us!
