Hi Sheila sorry I am out of synch ... no need to answer...
(((Granny)))
Ducky, kind of sad about your gs...but he will find his way...my DS just sent me a beautiful pic of Chicago and I can't wait to visit him there...he is walking distance to the lake shore. He plays co-ed volleyball on the beach on Tuesday nights...and I pictured him just sitting in his apt.Linda, I am glad you that area south of Boston is nice. I am trying to be happy about it.
Deb, I am really hungry...did you have to??? it looks awesome.Chris, I hope DS does well on his exams. I am impressed by your running...it's on my to-do-list LOL...
-
Deb - my family was just talking tonight at dinner about how much they would love an awesome lobster roll!
Sheila - you will have so much fun surrounded by family and love
I will be in the Bay Area with my bundles of love
-
((((((Sheila))))))
((((((Deb)))))))
Ducky - Glad SIL is ok. That's a pretty scary aura- better than a TIA though. Glad she will follow up to be sure.
I feel like I'm not a real New Englander - not into lobster the way I should be...my mother was not a fish eater -so we rarely had fish. My father likes lobster, though. They went out to dinner with friends once and he ordered lobster. He ate it - thoroughly enjoyed it - and then put the shell back together so it looked like he hadn't touched it. The waitress came by to check on them and was upset to see he hadn't touched his lobster - when he told her he had eaten it, she couldn't believe that he was able to put it back together so perfectly, she had to show the people in the kitchen - lol.

Yum Deb!!
We love you too Sheila!
Ducky, my youngest gets those. The suck big time. I hope that that's all it is.
Joan, at least it's not on the westt coast. You can visit her easily!

Remember when u tried to teach me?
Still don't have the head to learn.everyone just says give me the damn thing and ill do it for you..so I never learned..
I'm so happy for you.xo -
Sheila - VERY happy for you and the luck you have with those wonderful personal shoppers.
East Coast Sisters - so sorry about all of the rain. I know it must get very depressing. We are having a rainy day here in North Texas today but it is a welcome change from the 95+ degrees and the oppressive humidity we have had for many, many days! Peace y'all!
-
Shiela so happy that DD is there and she loves her mama and wants her to look awesome for the wedding so she decided to be your personal shopper....can't wait to see the dress..what is the deal for the weddng, time etc....?
Deb that looks so good....never really like lobster thought the taste came from the butter...
Ducky so happy that SIL is home!!
So much rain....
oldest son was in the hospital yesterdday for kidney stones for like the 3rd time, you would think he would listen and drink more water...he is stubborn like me...he isn't a drinker either just like me...
-
There was no butter in the Lobstah Roll, just a small amount of mayo and lemon juice on it. I had to eat it with a fork.
(((TOL))))
-
I think lobster tastes good but it is so rich...I was actually drooling over the fries
Ducky, so glad he is back to work...what a scare. Let's hope the follow up is clear.
Sandy, ugh kidney stones...has he had US procedure? I hope he isn't in a lot of pain.
Cmb, still raining here on Long Island...but I have a new lawn and evergreen trees that need water so I'm happy.
Linda, you are so right...it could be worse! My co-worker said "just decide you will be exploring Boston and enjoy"....to which I replied, "already done that...DD went to college in Boston
"
Anyway, I am so used to having them rent a house near me for the summer and seeing the girls often. And I like to go to NJ for the day to catch their special programs and graduations. So, now it will be an overnight. Wish I had more time off from work...It will all work out. Am waiting to hear DD's timeline. Am afraid to plan anything for this summer or next because she wants my help. It all depends on sale of her house.
Chris, LOL a hollow lobster....maybe they served it to their least favorite customer. -
Sorry for my absence. I have been so busy with work and I am so exhausted after work, I don't spend much time online. I wake up at the very last minute in the morning and must be on the way to work by 6:30 am. Tomorrow I have jury duty.
Thank you for caring.
Sorry you are missing your daughter, Deb.'
Sorry about your SIL, Ducky. Glad he's back to work.
Yes, Diane, that was the one. I am sure DS will be blue for awhile but in the long run he'll do better.
-
Sheila, I am happy that your girls found a dress for you. They know you and it was probably easier for them to choose.
-
Good Morning!

No way! It is 58° right now at 5:45 am and we are looking at a day which will be 30° higher this afternoon.
We have a backhoe coming to the house to work in the backyard Saturday and it is supposed to be 94°. Much better than the 108° we had two weekends ago.
Went to jury duty yesterday. We have a One day/one trial jury service here. I was one of 80 who got pulled for the first case. That's a lot to pull so I knew it must be a big case. The case was supposed to last around a month, ending around the 17th of July. They had us fill out a questionnaire in the courtroom. Anyone who answered all "nos" had to come back today, but each of us who answered any of the questions "yes" had to privately explain our answers to the judge, defendants and the lawyers. Luckily I was in the before lunch group and was dismissed from the case and had to go back to jury services and wait to be called for a different case. Around 3:30 they told us "Thank you for your service, you can go home".

I love when they say that Meece!
Good morning!
