Dawn,  I have lots of foot problems from neuropathy.  Pain is in toes, and sides of feet and heels.  It does sound like plantar fascitis though.  Chemo does not help any of our feet I am afraid.  Have it checked out and good luck with getting pain free!!!  Let me know what happens and I will be listening.  Carrol2 I am glad to hear our group could give you heads up on what to expect and I hope you are doing well.  I am doing very well considering it has been just short of 3 yrs since Stage 3 ILC diagnose and appear to be cancer free for now.

Also sending a shout out to Lizzyanne--I was formerly gin2ca on this board

Hey Ladies !  It's great to see some activity on this board.  Can you believe it's almost three years ?  Wow !  It seems we have all gotten beaten up by chemo.  My "miracle" for the aches and pains is tumeric.  My GP suggested it to help with painful side effects from aromasin and a statin I am taking.  It has been a tremendous help.  Dawn I agree with the other ladies.  Sounds like you will need a podiatrist not an oncologist which is a good thing !

Just to let everyone in this group know that one of our members, mimi9186, passed away from cancer yesterday.

She fought a hard battle to stay with her family as long as she could, but yesterday she earned her wings. Goodbye Mimi!

Goodbye my sweet Mimi, you will always be remembered by all that knew you. Heaven has gained its purest angel. When we were on the site originally my name was gin2ca. RIP, dear Kim!!

I will miss my sweet mimi! I was blessed to know her and have her as part of my life, even though it was a short time.  She is cancer free now, and living joyfully in God's presence, and our hearts. Love you and miss you, dear friend.

Our Mimi is finally cancer-free.  I was blessed to know her and laugh with her.  It's unthinkable that just a year ago we were laughing hysterically, floating on inner tubes.  I'll see you again, my friend.  Save a seat for me...but I hope not to get there too soon, I know you understand!

Sandi, there is another thread about Mimi on the stage four forum and Chey and others have written tributes there if you want to look/join.

Am now coming up on my 4 year anniversary for starting chemo with this wonderful group of friends.  Thank you all so much for listening and sharing during our treatments and beyond.  I have met friends that will carry me through life and are such a blessing through this site.

I hope and pray everyone here is doing the best they can and carrying on with a good life, making new memories and sharing some fun with family and friends.  Laugh and love everyday for our lives are short.  Grab the brass ring and do not be afraid to try new things.  Stay happy and prosper!!  Do not forget that we have survived chemo so we are strong and able!!  Hugs and love to all and a special note to my angel Mimi, "Thanks for your friendship and your sweet thoughtful ways.  I miss you and think of you daily!!!

I am so proud to be a part of this amazing group. You all were my rocks thru the awful time we spent doing our chemo and radiation. I know that there is a group of you who have gotten together over the last few years. I would love to celebrate our 5 year with you all next year. Let me know.... And I'm sending hugs up to our angel Mimi. Keep a good watch over us all....

Hi lizzy  isn't it great to know we are looking at 5 years since treatment ?  It still seems like yesterday.  This group was also my support.   I often wonder how everyone is doing.  I am well. How are you doing?
