AMERICAN IDOL...Season 12 & The Voice...Season 4

Yeah, Idol blurs by some of the contestants stories sometimes, while others get a whole feature on their backstory.  Still, it seems like they do get about the same airtime for their song preps and the singing itself.  The Voice format is new to me.  I agree with Karen...couldn't even tell which ones I liked from the three battles that they rushed thru' tonight.  Will have to check out the tote board and see how all that turned out.

Well, I don't get that bit in the article that was supposed to be a "spoiler" for the May 1st show.  How can "Four Finalists Compete?"  If they do use the save tonight, won't they let two of them go next week?  That still adds up to three on May 1st.  Math was not my strong suit, so maybe I'm not adding it up right.

Not bowled over by the song choices listed for tonight. 

Hey ladies I didn't chime in while ya'll were watching the Voice as I had to record them (I watch Dancing with the Stars and dvr the voice) and I have finally caught up last night.  I was really glad Blake stole the little red haired girl and sad he let the girl that sang with the accent (from the coffee shop.. darn she's really pretty and Adam stole her) go and be stolen.  I think he made a mistake on her.  I really like the Swann brothers (is that right?) they are amazeballs!!

julz, I think Mariah was ready to faint!  Amber, nope.

so Sheila did you like Amber or NOt?  me not so much! I really thought the song was too high for her and that she strained to reach the high notes and when they listen back they will find that it wasn't that good! The key was really off... Candice was not good tonight either (well I didn't like her first song) and as for Kree I liked her song, but honestly at this point I would give Angie, Janelle, Kree, Candice then Amber.  But I know they have one more song to go... thoughts?

Ok - I am officially cranky, picky tonight, I didn't think she was as good as that last song she sang last week, when all the red flowers or hearts were drifting down around her. That was definitely worth a SO. 

I agree with you....a little up tempo! Some blondes out in the world may take offense to the song. But herself she was I think making a statement with it!



Ok idol Girlz gotta run through my personal car wash & get shined up for work! I have about 30 minutes till I have to depart mi casa!!! Nite. Night & enjoy the end of show!!!!
