Scotty was amazing I love his new song
-
He really grew up the last 2 years....
-
Lazaro and Amber - bottom two? Kree and Candice top 2, Angie and Janelle, middle two? If so, Amber is the save, Lazaro no, if I were a judge.
-
I love Kelly Clarkson so much she is amazing, but she has put backon some of the weight she lost. I really thought with the wedding she is planning she would be trying to lose some of that weight for pictures, etc. She's getting married in the fall. Although I will say the dress she has on hides the weight better than what she had on at the ACM's the other night.
-
Kelly's song was good.....I really liked it.....
-
Cute to see the hero worship in Kelly, who is a megastar in her own right. Like it better when she sings country with an edge.
-
yes sheila she is always amazing, even though she doesn't think so, just like her tweeting, I'm singing in front of Mariah Please dear God don't let me suck. LOL!!! when has she ever sucked.
-
Well lot-ti-da go figure that Kree and Candice are the top 2! Oh thank you Lord!!!!! angie and Janelle are safe!!!!
Now let's hope America got it right and Lazaro goes home
-
Happy.....
-
Renee, ditto, yeah for Janelle!!!!! I can breathe again.
-
Yeah baby... Goodbye Lazaro!!!
sheila where's your bye bye emoticon
-
I just want to add that this was Lazaro's one of the best performances
I think he was relieved and all the pressure was left behind
We never had a TOP 5 Girls before......
-
Oh lord, finally they made it right, I feel bad for him, like Sanjhia he became a joke. That was the kindest thing that could have happened. You lovely ladies, see you on Monday night for our show!!!
-
I agree Sheila, I told my DH that he really did sing that song well. He sang better than he had in weeks. I guess it was the relief of a pressure being gone and knowing in his heart that they wouldn't use that save. So he sang from his heart, not with his head. But Karen you are right, votefortheworst absolutely made a joke out of this poor young man by voting and keeping him. But the judges did too by even bringing him on board to start with. Honestly there were guys that could sing a 100 times better than him that they sent home because they were too good looking and they wanted so badly for a girl to win this year that they sent all the pretty boys thay could sing really well home. Now the producers of Idol have drove a stake in thier proverbial feet and their ratings are down. Way down because the tweenies did not tune in this year because they had no pretty boys to watch and vote for. It's sad... I almost think this may be the demise of Idol. Oh well we will still have the Voice and X-factor.
-
Yes...We still have VOICE and XFactor
X Factor needs 2 more judges right?
Good Night Lovely Ladies....♥
See you on Monday or before.....
-
Sorry I have been MIA! Sick kid this week, crazy work, & another son & I having back troubles!
So tonight I ask my 14 year old son "I wonder who got voted off?". & he says "Nicki Minaj"!!!!!! I LMAO!!!!! I can only hope next week "My little Marshmallows"!!!!
I'm glad Laz is gone! I wish they wouldn't mess with people like that!
Yes Idol is going down the tubes! I know this cause I don't even care to watch the reruns on TV or YouTube! Meanwhile I have watched many of the Voice, again & again! -
julz, your 14 yr. old is a stitch!!!!!
-
I was a little afraid for Amber for a minute, but "America got it right." Finally. Laz did do a decent job with his "save song."
-
I'm in the minority here but I think Nikki is witty and astute, and a bit edgy. I feel like she and Randy get it.
-
cookie, I agree with your Nickki assesment but not Randy. I AM SO TIRED of him & as I said on the last page Maraiah can go home with Lazaro!
Now for the 1st Top 5 all women on AI here's how I think it should go 5) Janell (sorry Mimi-I am so so so tired of blond Carrie wanna-bes) 4) Angie 3) Amber 2) Candice 1) Kree (I add a disclaimer, I actually think Candice is a tad better than Kree & I think I like Candice a tad better than Kree, but I think Kree will appeal to the broader spectrum of the voters that are left. Therefore I think she will probably win BUT she needs to add more sizzle!)
-
Yes Eph I really don't think that Janelle will win though I truly wish she would... However, I feel she has made it to the top 5 and that alone will stand for her and she will go far in Nashville. She will most likely get a recording contract and this won't be the last we see of her. You are right about Kree! She has got to "jack it up" if she wants to win this thing. She really needs to put some movement and flair into her songs... add some personality and show who she really is. She is too stoic right now. She reminds me a bit of George Strait. He simply goes on stage, sings, plays, performs and leaves. His music speaks for itself. He never does much at his concerts but occassionally walk a little bit. He mostly stands still. But he is known as the King of Country Music for a reason "King George" is simply an amazing singer and song writer. He doesn't need anything else. Kree on the other hand needs to prove herself to the American public.
-
Today''s attack made me so sad....
-
Well...Since the show is on...I'll be watching it.....
-
sheila, it was so very sad and scary. I am so impressed with Amber, she did beat out Sasha, I kind of hoped Adam would have picked Sasha - so Blake could steal Amber. In a way it feels strange to be watching and enjoying.
-
I'm watching it but not very happily
All these attacks takes me back to 9/11........
-
I know sheila, it is so tragic the times we live in. I think Shakira made a mistake, surprised Usher didn't steal him.
-
I agree with you about Shakira.......
-
I'm loving Adam tonight
He is so handsome.....
-
He does look good, Holly was great, she sang with such passion. Blake was funny when he said what he felt was sick, when Shakira said he was probably feeling very torn, those aren't her exsct words, my elderly mind has short term memory loss!!
-
I like Jess.....
I think Blake felt sorry for her (Red hair)
