Read everyday and hope to post more often. I thank all of you for helping me find comfort.

I am new to this forum but was diagnosed in January 2012 with BC with mets to the bone. I find it very helpful to read others going through the same thing. I am having a lot of hip pain since starting on exesmatame but not sure it's the med or the mets since I have mets in my pelvis. I know that I have read a lot of people's forum that have hip and knee pain. I try to stay positive but we are all scared of the unknown. I would love to hear from other women going through the same thing.

Wow. I've followed this thread for several days now.
When I started the topic, I thought someone might have an actual number and rattle it off, like maybe there was a page somewhere on the forum with certain data about this site.
The way you've all simply added yourselves to the list one at a time...it is just very touching, very moving for me to see all the names.
I sat down tonight and went through each page and listed the names alphabetically on Word document. When I have a bit more time, I will print the document, and sort of cross check it again to this thread. Then, if I see someone posting on the forum, I'll be able to check the list to see if they've added themselves. If not, I think I'll PM them and ask if they'd like to list themselves. Just to get a slightly more accurate idea of how many we are.
The ladies who seldom post, or who've posted for the first time here, I appreciate your willingness to make yourselves known. And all others....it means a great deal to me to have access to your knowledge, insight and support.

This is becoming such a wonderful thread Mrs M.
I feel like each time someone posts their number it is like standing up and declaring who we are.

MrsM - thank you for starting this thread and taking the extra step to compile a list. I know there are others that I have seen post elsewhere but have not seen them here. Maybe they haven't come across this yet.
Moira - beautifully stated. United and defiant. Voices from around the world and coming out of the darkness.

I keep coming back every day to check. (I'm number 24.) It makes me feel not-so-alone/weird/hopeless as the numbers increase. I imagine I'll keep doing it, even going back & re-reading the names, numbers and diagnoses. I hope others gain strength from it as well. Thank you, everyone, especially DivineMrsM.
