Ugh.  I had big time back surgery in 1983, all's well now, but it "reminds" me when I do a bit much.  THen I alternate between Ben Gay ( especially after a shower) - and ARNICA GEL ( healing, but can't be near anything menthol like Ben Gay) for bedtime, and healing.  In your case, I think horsy nussles would probably be the "best" medicine.  Hope you're loving your new home.

Alexandria - is you're back in NJ - then you missed the HEAVY snow we had yesterday am.  Didn't stick much, as temps went UP into the 40's - yeah, a heat wave. If anybody finds Spring PUHLEEEZE direct it toward western MA.
