Good night All!
-
Good Night Judges....
-
Thanks Sheila, it shows the black window for the video of Janelle, but then says the plugin is outdated and I'm too computer illiterate to know what to do.
-
Sorry Karen....
You Tube doesn't have it yet.....this was from another site.......It did work for me.......
-
BLESSINGS....... I didn't find you here today ????????????????
I hope you're feeling OK

Helloooo AI Fans!
DH and I had a busy day yesterday, and found out at the last minute that the new Walmart Superstore near us had just opened... so we thought we'd run in and get a few things.
We were there for THREE HOURS and it was like walking all over Disneyland!!!! We got home just as AI was starting at 8 p.m., and boy, were we pooped! I could barely stay awake to watch, so sadly, no detailed snarky recap today
Just a few thoughts:
Curtis – dressed like a sofa, idolizes Fantasia? Uh oh...
Janelle – cute as a button, but almost like a little girl playing country star...
Devin – restrained tonight to the point of boring...
Angie – still think of her as a beauty pageant contestant, but darn, she’s good...
Paul – slammed for all the theatrics, but when he loses AI, he’ll probably appear on Broadway
Candice – my absolute favorite now!!!! Love to hear her and watch her...
Lazaro – lyrics difficult to understand, and almost painful to watch him...
Kree – subdued, but powerful – she’s my second favorite
Burnell – not impressed with his voice tonight (song choice?) and the arm movements are now just too distracting and irritating...
Amber – feel like the judges are really pushing her. Performance was NOT flawless. Timing was off. She isn’t as good as she thinks she is...
My vote for the evening: Candice
~~~
Does anyone know if there will be a "Judges Save" this year if someone gets booted off that they want to stay?
-
OOH Blessing..I'm glad you had good time in Walmart
I love super store Walmarts......
When i was visiting DD in Hawaii...i asked her to leave me there....didn't realize was there almost 5 hours......DD was calling me and didn't even hear the phone....
Thank You for the day after post......
RE: Curtis dressed like a sofa...hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
I will check out your question about the judge's save .......
-
Hey ladies, I've checked out dialidol.com and they have 2 scenarios as tonight's bottom 3... that actual dialidol show Curtis, Burnell and Amber in the bottom 3 and the raw numbers have Devin, Burnell and Curtis in the bottom 3. Several sites I've been to today actually have Devin or Curtis going home. I think this may be spot on and unbelievably after last nights performance many postings have Candace actually ahead in voting points. But you have to take into acct. the fact that you can text votes, use your computer, internet on phone, and call. I will say that dialidol.com actually had Lazaros ahead on their voting poll, but it's early in the season. As it dwindles down they are usually spot on in determining who the winner win be even though many no longer completely use it anymore.
-
Thanks Renee.....
-
woo hoo we are live
hoping and keeping my fingers crossed!!
-
Anything can happen........
I'm saying Burnell is going home??????
-
Well I guess the Candace fans are happy, but was pretty sure she wasn't going home on this first night
-
Last week we learned that while the bottom ten singers out of the Top 20 were being cut from the competition it wasn’t the last time we’d see two of them. From what we heard, the boy and girl singers who just barely missed making the Top 10, boy wouldn’t that burn to know how close you got?, will be back on stage tonight for one more shot.
Who ever wins this song battle won’t get to return to the main competition, but they will get to go on the 2013 ‘American Idol Live! Tour’ as it zips from one corner of North America to the other. Sure, it’s not as good as having another shot at the crown, but it’s a guaranteed summer of exposure to fans and a paycheck for that whole time.
Last week we thought Aubrey Cleland and Charlie Askew had a shot at becoming the American Idol 2013 wild card singers, but that was before we learned the particulars of this twist so I’m not sure I’d still bet on those two to show up tonight.
As soon as we learn who is facing off tonight during the show we will update you here with the results.
-
Love Bon Jovi
But this new song is just o.k. for me.... Sheila I can't wait to see who is in the sing off to go on the tour.
-
OMG... Charlie is in the sing off some thought he would be, but I still say this boy can sing! He just got lost somewhere performing on Idol during Las Vegas week when people were watching.
-
I hope is Aubrey...i like that girl.....
-
OOOOH...We are voting for them....
I'm little confused......
-
Well gotta say Charlie was way better than Aubrey in my opinion... he really is excellent when he performs like that and if someone doesn't sign that boy and make something out of him they are doing a big injustice. He sings, he writes and he plays!!! What more can you ask for?
Maybe a new hairstyle and some maturity but that's about it... LOL
Sorry Sheila I guess we will disagree on this one. Yes, we will be voting for them after the show and they announce the winner next week.
-
Kree in the top 3 YEAH, and Candace of course, who will be the third?
-
Renee....voting is open...i already did......
♥PP♥
Hi Karen
-
Karen...I'm almost sure it will be Angie Miller......
-
And you are right Sheila, clean sweep for the girls, who will go home, Lazaro, probably not, Curtis, maybe - loved Blessings' comment on his jacket, or Devin, could be, he was really off last night. I think Curtis, Lazao is still getting the empathy vote.
-
Geez...Paul made it through tonight?
-
I'm not happy with the bottom two!!
-
I guess..i was wrong about Burnell
Devin should stay........
-
Toss up on who goes home, I'd like to see NM go home though, although she has not had a chance to be too obnoxious tonight.
-
hahahahaha Karen
NM was very polite tonight...She must be exhausted from last night.....
-
I hate to see Curtis go tonight. I did not expect him to win, but I thought he would go further!
-
openheart.....Sorry to disagree...i wasn't a fan of Curtis......But he can sing........
