♥
-
thanks again Shiela and sorry Chris.....hope you all have a wonderful day!
-
Nothing to day.....love you guys.......still thinking about that plane ride.....my son told me yesterday he understood how I feel he said.".I like to be in control, and once that plane door closes, someone else had it".......I told him.....in a car, I can do as I please, move as I please, open the door and get out if I please...........what do I do on a plane....knock on the fu--ing cabin door and say to the pilot...."hey could you pull over, then open the door and sore 35,000 feet to the f---ing ground.....then Mr. Oh I understand Mom says"........I know where your coming from.....in a car accident about 15% of people die"............in a plane while your in the "crash" position you may as well put your head between your legs and kiss your ass goodbye, cause its 99%chance your gonna die".......really, we'll fu--ing thanks for those stats buckoo............
-
that's what the lorazepam (or booze) is for... so you don't care about the statistics...
Sorry, Ducky- was looking for some reassuring statistics and found this:
http://anxieties.com/flying-howsafe.php
I don't know if that will help or make it worse. I hope it helps...
((((Ducky))))

Checking in @ 12:27 pm
♥
-
Christ....interesting.....it's a phobia, and I will just have to get over it......
-
Hope you are well to Ray!! ANd Jacob is doing well too.
Hello everyone. Teenagerville here. Back to the noise!
-
Ray...good to hear from you....♥
Linda....hahahahahaha sorry i know it's not funny........
Ducky...bake some cakes..take it to the plane to entertain the passengers....
Now one thing....when you need to go to the bathroom first time....take your DD with you....
The door always confuses me but after 11 hours...i get use to it..........
and when you flash...it sounds little noisy...it's normal...don't think you'll be sucked in or anything
I'm not making fun of you...just letting you know ahead of time so you don't get nervous........
And one more thing......try not to talk too much that aggravates the DD's........
I love you...we all do...big hugs
-
Ducky...This is a standard airplane bathroom (Lavatory)
Now study this picture and get use to it.......
-
Inside the toilet has a very dark color......don't think it's dirty..........
-
Ok, how is my big ass gonna fit in that effin bathroom........think I'll just wear a depends, and pee my pants.......oh we'll then DD will have something else to bitch about......she is in Chicago right now at the new bride's shower. That bitch gets on a plane like I get in and out of my car......I really hate her you know............
-
How many hours is the fly?
-
BBL.....
-
Chicago, Midway Airport......2hours.......my son said last night....."I'm going U.S. Air......Then said.......I will be landing at O'Hare.......that is a better airport.....the runway is longer for landing.....just in case there is ice, it takes longer to stop, you need a longer stretch of Tarmac.........Actually, I hate him too.......
-
Solution....Use the bathroom before you board
If you don't drink too much fluid you can make it without visiting the Lavatory
Ducky....I think all the family members are on S*** list...YES?
-
Oh BIG TIME SHIT LIST..........I got it all figured out.......wearing a Depends, and will pee my pants............problem solved..........
-
now ducky you know you are not going to do that, and these days I can't stand mine either, for one reason or another......you will b fine, I personally love to fly!!! especially to florida, lol
Happy Saturday night, good night!!
-
I would have to drink alot....therefore using the depends or the bathroom.
-
Okay Sheila, I know you are trying ot ease Ducky's insecurities, but if she einks she's gonna have to "flash" when she goes to the restroom in the air, I don't think anything will get her on the plane. And if, just in case she did, is it noisy because of the reaction of the other passengers? [check your post on the last page]
-
CHECKING IN....hello peeps.....whatcha doing, me nothing, playing on the puter...
-
just made breakfasat for the kiddies. Would love to nap but I won't.
-
Very Quick Hi
My virus protector expired last night
I didn't know Cablevision had it's own free Security Center...
So I will try to download that which wasn't successful
So I'm signing off just in case if a virus comes and eats my computer
-
LOL Sheila. Hope you are practicing safe computing. I just downloaded Norton yesterday so I am good for the year!
-
Not much going on here, painted the hallway now I don't know if I want to tackle the bathroom or living room. I have to do the ceiling in the living room and if I can find wallpaper just like the type that is alread up, I will just have to wallpaper two walls. Spackle the holes that the old curtain rods my parents put up and just wallpaper that side. The bathroom I will strip all the wallpaper off and redo. We do need a new insert for the tub area but just can't afford it.
-
Deb...you are working hard.....
Finally I think I was able to remove the old Mcaffe software and install the Total Defense protection which is free.......I messed up some things...called Cablevision technical support....than to another extension......nice guy but I wasn't able to follow his instructions......
all I wanted to know if I did it right and I was registered.........couldn't help me...maybe something I did.......
So started all over again......I saw a sign saying Congratulations you are successfully downloaded...blah blah......
Now it's showing a one red alert that says i need a full scan.......didn't realize full scan may take couple of hours........
OK I shut up now.........
Why they don't say that if you have another software...you have to remove that one first........
i wake up with a very unhappy tummy......Pastina is in order
-
YES...I just called them .....this time actually I did everything right and I'm in their system as long as i keep my OPTIMUM..........
Now I can relax....
Have my pastina.........
