Just got off the phone with my sister in Boston. High winds, coastal areas being evacuated, lots of people without power with temperatures going down to the single digits tomorrow night. And of course godzilla quanitites of snow. Drop a line here and let us southern girls know you're okay, if you have the electricity to do it.

This too shall pass...

32" and counting here in southern Maine. At least we have power (knock on wood). I'm actually surprised the way the wind is blowing that we do have power. Suppose to snow the rest of the day, so hubby will start digging out tomorrow.

At least it gives me another day to recover. Had uterine ablation yesterday.

How are all the other New Englanders doing?

Just over two feet at my house...wind was blowing like crazy last night so im very surprised i didnt lose power.  My 85 year old mom did lose power so as soon as my brothers dug themselves out they went to get her.  No fun staying in a freezing cold house!

2+ feet here in So. Mass.  Lots of wind, light flickered but didn't lose power.  I can tolerate most anything if we don't lose electricity and heat.  Plowed out and will get out on Sunday.  Spent the day in my pj's , no shower.  My kids 14 and 19 were building an igloo outside so in and out.  Good news I don't have to go out with them any longer, nor do I have to zip them up or get boots off and on!

Hope all are doing well, stay warm

Just over 2 feet for us....yup that was fun!  Lots of shoveling and snowblowing but no power outage.  When in NE...hunker down, ride it out and then cleanup.
