ME & MY ANXIETY: TO COSTA RICA AND BACK!
Well, I made it - didn't have sunstroke, bug bites or food poisoning...did have a few panic attacks, but luckily there are meds for that! We celebrated the wedding of my stepdaughter on New Year's Eve, at a villa, on top of a mountain, in the middle of the jungle...the toucans sang along as my husband performed their commitment ceremony next to the swimming pool. This trip was one of those experiences I'm glad to have had, but also glad to say it's behind me 
Now I can look forward to posting my 7-year cancerversary which is coming up in April (however I do need to be careful I'm not just wishing my life away...)
