Stage III with persistent low-grade fever & no other symptoms

I'm stage III (triple negative) and now out 3 years from first diagnosis.  I've been doing well but recently I had a bout with fatigue, low-grade temp and aching joints for 4 days.  No other symptoms with this.  I must admit that everytime this happens (happened on one other occasion) I worry because I can feel sensation or "tingling/aching" in the area of my lymp nodes in my abdominal and groin area.  I'm sure I'm just being paranoid but wondered if others have had this occur.

Bonnie, Sorry honey I haven't experienced this, but you should probably have it checked out. Lymph nodes are reactive to infections.

Thanks for your reply!  I notice you are also a Stage 111C and 7 years out from diagnosis....that's very encouraging to me because I worry abouts mets.   In fact, I think I worry too much about the cancer metastasizing.     My cancer was a big surprise and diagnosed as a Stage 111B (although because there was skin involvement, pain, and discoloration I learned that it may have been inflammatory breast cancer)

At any rate, thank you very much for your response!
