how about drinking?

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
-
Bernie that's beautiful.
-
Good morning ladies. Bernie, that is beautiful.
Kathy, I watch Bachelor Pad, haven't seen the end yet, Hmmmmmm
Going to get more pellets today, and my friend that puts them in has a Birthday today, so think I will stop and get her some flowers. Gotta work, but have a few breaks, hoping to pop in later.

That was pretty smart to tell your DD that the room had to be "staged".
LOL Cyn on lesbians can cook...........gay guys too!
Happy Birthday to your friend Alli, I believe that is Lori? If you member, will you ask her if she is doing anyone on Arimidex, please.

-
Thanks Camille, it isn't for 2 more days, but heck we sumtimes celebrate early here, and then for days and days! Actually celebrated on the ship too.
SUCH NICE TRIBUTES....sooooo, very, very sad. Just still can't fathom the amount of people that died that day, and in the days and months following. None of us could ever forget where we were that day, or what we were doing when we heard the news. The weird thing for me was calling my DH, who worked for the Dept of Defense, very top-secret chit, and in a very top-secret bldg, and THEY DIDN'T KNOW...he had to tell his boss! OF course, I was watching tv when it happened, so they couldn't have found out any earlier, but that was weird to me. THEN starting that day, they put up concrete barricades ALL AROUND the bldg and had a guard, so even when DH came home for lunch, he had to get processed in again...car inspected, etc. BUT we were leaving on the 12th for San Luis Obispo for a special place for my bday...had a hot tub on the balcony, etc. Luckily the airlines refunded everything (duh, they weren't flying for awhile), and the awesome place let us reserve a month or two later. My dad was stuck on Maui, and that was a mess, too. We ended up flying more than we ever have, in the months and yr following 9/11 as the air fares were sooooo cheap. Even went to Japan, came back home, and flew back there the next day cause we loved it there so much, and the airlines were tripling miles, etc, along with cheap fares. BUT that 20+ hr trip ea way was soooo tiring, could not do it back-to-back now!Have a good day girlz! Just love all your posts!!!
Hugssssssss,
katwinka wahine katharoni

OMG....can't believe I missed a whole day...and MonKeyDey to boot. Jes been having a gr8 time wif mese Madison. Yesterday I did work. On my sons stuff while Papa n Maddy went to 2 different parks. They both came home all red-faced and sweaty. We all had a good long nap after lunch for sure. Weather started up, but no rain until early this morning....skies jes opened up. Patio flooded already. Maddy still sleeping too, so gotta be quick. This is our last full day with her and shoot...I was hoping we cud both take her to the pewl. Hopefully the storm will pass and sun sun sun.
Cyn - Lori splained it goot. Tanks Lori. Ya kno DH thought the same thing yest when he was at park with her. He went to jump off something and thot ‘I'm too old to be jumping this distance, I cud break my leg' and there he'd be alone with her. In a few short years she'll be ‘cellphone' savvy but until then...we've made a pack not to be alone with her. Maybe we jes being overly protective Mema's n Papa's eh?
Cami - I didn't kno there was such a thing as tooooo much wodka...LOL and da go out to pee pic....grrrreat.
Bernie - LOL Stupidity. DH n I got a good belly laugh wif dat one. And THANK YOU for the Candle. I been catching bits n pieces of the documentaries of that day. I still remember exactly where and what I was doing...still makes me cry.
NM - loved your Monday post. Am still gonna look into dat Dark n Stormy dwink. Loved the Marriage n Pistol Licenses...LOL
Well hell....I'm still LMAO at all the dog n cat pics you and Cami posting...keep em coming goils!!
Wawa - loved all da monkeys especially the ‘monkey mug' wif brandy....wink wink!
ChrissyB - so glad all good with doc f/up. I need to pm ya.
See D gotz noive too...dwunk kerage but she did it...Good for ewe D!! Hope you got lots a rest last night.
Lori - That pic really wrenched my heart. Such a horrible horrible tragedy! But as Cami wud say...lets unsad with your DOTD and NM's DOTD and all git this party started.
Yea, Where's Orla? What about this new man in Haiti?? Tell me tell me!
Alli - nice idea to get your doc friend some bday flowers. Give her BIG Wishes from all of us...K?
Maddy is up....gotta get her some juice. Cute story bout mornings. We have always given Andrew Michael and Maddy about a ¼ cup of coffee then fill with milk in there bottles/sippy cups etc. They love it. 1st morning this visit, I say, let Mema get your coffee milk. She says NO...mom said I get JUICE and Mema gets coffee. Guess that settles that....LOL.
Lubs lubs lubs ya'll....MUAH!!
-

Irishness - Check all that apply to you or that you agree with.
You start preparing for St. Patrick's Day in February.
You think Guinness should be in its own food group.
You can count the number of times you've had a tan on one hand.
You swear well.
You think the Corrs - and even U2 - are underrated.
You know what goes in an Irish coffee.
You know what hurling is (and it's not puking!)
You're not sure if you believe in God, but you believe in the infallibility of the Pope.
You've drank a pint for breakfast.
The further you get from Ireland, the more Irish you get.
You know someone called "Mac" or "Murph".
You know what Gaelic football is.
There's been days that you've had potatoes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
You think you sing very well.
You've lost your temper... many times.
You have a sister named Catherine, Elizabeth or Mary.
You don't see anything wrong with boiled food.
There wasn't a huge difference between your last wake and your last keg party.
Even though you're grown up, most of your dinners are cooked by someone's mom.
You are oddly poetic after a few beers. -
hahahaha....
Hi Char!!
-
Sue, you are ‘scused for missing a day, specially for your quote, lol. "Booze is the answer. I don't remember the question."

Hi Char and welcome. Belly up to the bar and we have one of our hot Tattie Tenders bring you some wine.
