Breast pain

My wife had a shooting pain in good breast ( non cancer side) yesterday
i gave her a pain killer and the pain was gone in 2 hours and hasnt returned
she does yoga daily
could this be a pinched nerve or does she require any invetigations
the pain is no more there
plz guide

I have that sometimes. I think it might be a leftover symptom of Taxol?
I want to have the good breast removed soon anyway, just to be sure.
