Thanks Barb. Marybe you are a beacon of love and joy. You have taught so many that living and doing what makes you happy is extremely important.
Hoping for that miracle but not expecting it. Just know that I'm in awe of you........you are a true friend to so many. May your final trip be a gentle one.
Love n hugs. Chrissy -
Marybe, you are unaware how far your love and concern has spread, you are that love we are taught to strive for and in return we love you and are praying for you, Tim and your family. Your tales have made us laugh and cry and the pictures of the food, cakes and fondues have made us search recipe books. So from a little country at the bottom of the world Kia Kaha - Be strong. He tini nga whetu e ngaro I te kapua iti which means - Many stars cannot be concealed by a small cloud. You are a star Marybe and nothing can conceal the impact you have had on so many lives.
Love and Blessings

Marybe, I am thinking of you and praying too. You are such a special, brave woman. Im sorry I missed the trip to Shell Knob last year. Love you so much, my sister.
-
Marybe; your life has touched so many, provided strength, warmth and laughter in the face of fear. You are an inspiration. I pray you find a place of peace; wherever it is meant to be.

Dear Marybe,
I had just joined bco and your simple personal message of support arrived when I was in the hospital, recovering from my liver ablation. You were my first friend, the first person to reach out, and I cried. You are a shining example of friendship, the spirit and essence of what this group is all about. As the messages pour in from near and far, I hope that your head swells with pride and that your heart feels the love that embraces you.
Sending my love from California...
Rose. -
Marybe,
I hope as Barb reads all of our many messages to you that you smile at the thought of all the lives you have touched here on BCO. Everytime I log on there are more and more messages of love being sent your way. I'm not sure how you had the time to work, receive treatments, bake, and keep in touch with so many of us. I know that some of the PM's we shared were very long so I have to guess that you type as fast as you think to be able to communicate so personally with so many of us. I am praying for God's will for you right now but hoping that His will is seeing you through this so you can return to us. While I want what is best for you, I'm a bit selfish in that I'm not ready to let you go just yet. So I pray for a miracle, as are so many others, even while we know that the miracle may be that you are finally free of cancer. We all love you Marybe. There's just no one, no one, quite like you!! Hugs, Glenna
P.S. to Barbara - thank you from the bottom of my heart for being where you are right now!! -
Thanks Barbara for being there for all of us.
Please let Marybe know that she is so loved.

Marybe, came to say good morning. Up early for a chemo treatment. I must tell you that you made the chemo treatments look easy - you just kept right on buzzing through life as it was a minor fly in the house and you would just swat it away and keep moving. You are an inspiration and a blessing. You have touched our hearts and lives and know that all the good wishes and prayers is our expression of love to a very giving person.
We pray for you for healing but know that healing also comes in being released from this life. Know that we lift Tim and all the family in our prayers.
Much love - off to chemo.
Barbara hope you were able to get some rest - today will be a busy today with the move to hospice. Thank you for being Marybe's friend and our representative.
Hugs and blessings, Brenda

It's like you were "called" to take care of Marybe Barb, and you represent all of us wishing only the best for her! If anyone deserves all of this admiration, it is her! She has talked a lot of us out of our fears, and now we can be there for her. We are all sending her our love and prayers. xoxoxoxo

Marybe,
Barb, please try to help Marybe experience all the love, and the amazing depth of the difference she has made for so, so many women. Sometimes I think we don't know how far we can reach - Marybe's heart, her kindnesses, her generosity, her humor, have reached thousands, as we've shared her wise words beyond BCO too. Sunflowers

Marybe... From reading other posts I realize now WHY you are so special! You made all of us feel that we were special! You inherently knew all of us and knew what to say or even do, to make us happy! Your thoughtfulness and kindness and strength and comfort will live in all of us who were touched by your life. I hope that you and your loved ones are comforted in knowing how many lives were changed for the better by having known you. I promise them and especially you that you will not be forgotten...Once again, Marybe, you are a profile in courage...

Marybe, sweetie, I am taking this chance to say good-bye to you. I will never meet with you in Cincinnati for Thanksgiving, so please know, that every year I will dedicate our Thanksgiving table to you with love! Because, yes, we DO have Thanksgiving in Canada and now it will be your special day!! My tears are gentle as I know this was not an unexpected journey you are taking. I cry for those of us left behind without you. You are moving on to a world we haven't yet seen and we know you are joining a multitude of souls awaiting your arrival. God needs you and He is calling you Home. God Speed and God Bless. With love, Barbara
-
Good morning Marybe, thinking of you. Just imagine everyone here standing in your room, because that would be the only way we could all get in there. I suspect we would spill out down the hall. Everyone loves you and each would hold your hand. You are surrounded in love.
-
I read the posts so far to her and had to stop several times to cry. What love and wonderful thoughts you all have posted for her. She responded to many posts I read. I know she is comforted by them and I am in awe of the caring and love you demonstrate toward her. I made Tim go home to shower, let the dogs out and see to her father. More later.

Marybe has shown us how to live with joy and grace no matter what the outcome of tests, scans, chemo, or doctors opinions. She has been an inspiration to so many and is loved by all that came in contact with her. Now it is our turn to follow her example, honoring her by doing the same for each other and the new ladies that will join BCO. I know she would be proud to see her love, encouragement, supportiveness and sweet joy of life to couninue through all of us. I know I will be trying harder to live the example she has set for so many years.
Thank you Marybe for being such a sweet part of my life.
Love and blessings to all. AJ -

-
